Perfect spot for our one-night pit stop between our Sicily tour and the next leg of our journey to the Amalfi Coast. The location was ideal — just an 8-minute walk to both the port and the train station. The host communicated well and was kind enough to accommodate an earlier check-in, which we really appreciated. The space was clean and comfortable, with a nice large balcony offering a lovely sea view. There’s a grocery store just 3 minutes away on foot, and a convenient restaurant next door where we enjoyed a nice breakfast. A smooth and easy stay in a great location.

After a few days on the road, in uncomfortable accommodation Giovana's bnb was an oasis! Close to ferry terminal, immaculately clean, the most comfortable bed and pillows, all made it an excellent choice. The bonus was Giovanna's hospitality. Offering relevant information about ferry embarkation, local eateries and cafes, Giovanna communicated regularly to ensure my stay was comfortable.

Note: Although it was near the train station, public transport was sketchy and unreliable, but was Reggio easily accessible by car a short 10 min drive and parking was easy along Lungomare making it easy to enjoy this gracious city (shops, museums and famous ice creamery)

The guesthouse is strategically located very close to the boarding terminal for the ferry to Sicily and the railway station, about 300-400 meters away. The cleanliness is top notch. We benefited from easy access to a common space, equipped with a refrigerator and coffee machine. The owner offers the possibility of purchasing basic products (water, snacks, beer...) at reasonable prices (coffee and tea are free). Our room was very quiet and had a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Sicily. We also benefited from a fairly spacious balcony. Giovanna helped us a lot, providing us with a lot of information about shops, restaurants or helping us with transport. Guests are also offered the possibility of transportation to and from Lungomare or Scilla at reasonable prices.

Walking distance to the beach. But taking into account that the price is much lower compared to the accommodations located near the beach (and the offer regarding the transport to the beach), this guesthouse is a serious option to consider

Super sea view. Very comfortable, clean accommodation unc comfy bed and great shower. Close to station and ferry port. Perfect.

Initial difficulties due to my lack of Italian but once we were in touch with Juliana, everything got sorted. Nice offer of contribution to breakfast but we had Already set off for the port.

Hosts are super sweet and welcoming. B&B is nice, super clean and the beds are great. The breakfast in the nearby pasticceria is delicious and owners are nice and friendly, especially the ‘cornetto con crema’ is delicious. Would recommend to stay a bit longer with Giovanna and Franco to explore the environment, you should definately visit the museum in Reggio Calabria to see the bronze Riace warriors from 500 B.C.

The owner Giovanna gave us a warm welcome and even upgraded us. She made us feel special. The accommodation was perfect and comfortable. Very secure to get in and out of the building and we were able to lock our room.

It was a short notice but such a nice place to rest during our trip through calabria. The host was helpful and very respectful. Would definitely recommend it!

A small fridge in the room would help a lot especially during the summer.

Room was very clean and comfortable, while a little dated. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, assisting with parking, wonderful meal recommendation and anything we needed. They even took us to the Ferry terminal the next morning to show us where to go and help with ticketing. All in all a lovely short stay.

The hosts were great! Incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were modern, and they have a decent view of the sea and Sicily across the way. The restaurant recommended to us was amazing--it surpassed expectations!

The surrounding area is very quiet.
