Wonderful little guesthouse in a great location. We were very positively surprised. Lovely kept gardens full of flowers with fish tank and water feature giving a truly serene environment. Small kitchen with coffee/tea and simple breakfast items provided and a fridge available for guests. Also a warm/cold drinking water dispenser. Room and bathroom good size, clean and very functional with bottled water and some toiletries provided. Friendly helpful staff. I wish we had more time there to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. I'd definitely stay again!

Nothing to criticise, just a heads-up: There are a few stairs to conquer to get to the rooms as accomodation is built on a hillside. We were not bothered, but might be important to know for others.

It has the most beautiful garden with water features, fishponds, in many varieties of colourful flowers in bloom. A lot of care has also been put into the interior decoration. It is very charming. No shoes are allowed inside, which is great. The house is very clean and well maintained. Complimentary tea, coffee biscuits and bread provided in the kitchen. Great location, the bus station and restaurants are just minutes walk away.

The lights in the hallway are very bright, and light leaks into the bedroom around the door frame at night. I need an eye mask to sleep. They should dim them at night. The bedding has a smell that I don’t like, so I didn’t sleep very well.

We had such a lovely experience staying in this guesthouse. Beautifully decorated with a gorgeous outdoor garden area to have breakfast/cup of year during the day. Spacious room and large bathroom was great The staff very very friendly and helpful with fresh towels given each day. Our tour was sorted through the hotel also which was very handy. We also enjoyed the kitchen facilities they offered to make tea and toast in the morning and store food in the fridge.

We're glad we chose to stay at this guesthouse, as it was much nicer than any of the bigger hotels in town and was conveniently located to good eateries and the bus stop. Yes, the room was a bit damp as were the towels, but the climate is to blame for that. We received nice fresh towels upon request, so it was no problem for us. Breakfast wasn't included, but there was a kitchen with tea, coffee, toast and jam, free of charge. The garden was an oasis of interesting flowers, plants and fish.

The guesthouse is in the main part of the city but has a very nice position at it is surrounded by the jungle. It has a beautiful and relaxing garden with tables and chairs to chill out after the tours. the staff is very friendly and the room is comfortable with everything you need. It is very close to restaurants and shops. The place is very clean as guests have to leave their shoes at the entrance.

Nice guesthouse with a lovely little garden where you can sit and relax. Unlike other hotels in Tanah Rata, it is located away from the busy roads, so it’s peaceful and quiet there. Convenient location- 10 min walk from the bus terminal, close to various cafes. I liked the cardless system - you just use a password for your room. They don’t ask for a cash deposit, unlike many other Malaysian hotels. There is no fridge in the room, but there is a big communal fridge downstairs which guests can use (also a microwave). Some reviews here mentioned bad smell / mold - fortunately, I didn’t experience that. But, it is indeed humid and nothing dries, including the towels which remain wet throughout the night. There is no lift but staff helped me carry my luggage upstairs.

The room gets rather cold in the evenings, don’t forget to take warm clothes with you. I get cold easily, so I slept in my warm clothes. I didn’t like the shower with the thermostat - difficult to control, becomes less hot quickly, shower pressure isn’t great. I tried asking staff about tours in advance via chat, but their responses were very brief and I couldn't plan my holiday based on that, so I ended up buying a tour elsewhere.

From my experience, the location is good and strategic, the place is surrounded by nature and it feels like you stay at your own home, room was good and smell nice, no shoes allowed to enter the place, need to put outside. Toilet was completed with basic needed (shower gel, shampoo, tissue, toothpaste, toothbrush). Overall I’m satisfied with this place. Anyone who want to visit Cameron Highlands can choose to stay here to experience by themselves how good it is! 😊

Not soundproof. Can easily hear noise, talking and shouting

What a house, what a garden, what an enclosure on the edge of the village! Prime, calm location. Cosy rooms with balcony, if you booked the smaller room, you can use one of the communal ones facing downhill. There is complimentary toast, tea, coffee, jam, crackers and water in the communal pantry downstairs. Free fridge for your little somethings. You can rent a motorbike without much ado, you even get free transfer to the bus terminal (which is in walking distance). Staff is very friendly and caring.

It was located in the perfect place, tucked away out but very close to local amenities like restaurants and shops. It’s also such a scenic and wonderful spot to take in nature and relax. The room was clean and comfortable and the gardens were tranquil.

The water wasn’t as hot as I’d like it to be, however it wasn’t the end of the world and was warm enough for quick showers

Location is awesome surrounded with beautiful garden. An excellent place for nature lovers who always seek a place with peaceful environment a bit far from road side traffic noise. The guest house has tons of plants, trees, a beautiful pond with a variety of fish collection and a beautiful artificial small waterfall which creates a stunning sound outside the rooms, while standing over there you'll get a feel of being a part of nature. Many restaurants are nearby on a few meters walking distance. Mr. Narinda (Manager) is an excellent guy always welcome you with a smiling face, very cooperative and very humble person.

There was slightly humidity smell in the room but it could be better by keeping an air freshener in the room.
