Locality is in the center of Numazu, near rail station and combi stores such as Lawson, 7/11. We got a room with a wonderful view of Mt. Breakfast was OK and there was plenty to choose from but there were no English translations - when you ate most of the food you didn't know what it was unless you used a translator. The reception staff was very nice and helpful.

The mattress on the bed was springy and less comfortable, it was also smaller in size even though it was a double bed. Since there were two of us, we were a bit crowded. There was only one duvet, but the reception was happy to provide us with an extra blanket.

Bigger than most hotel rooms. Breakfast was tasty and they had very nice and hardworking staff (Boa Café). Close to bus/train station and konbinis, a lot of restaurants nearby and the city is very charming so staying here is a top recommendation. We had a massage chair in our room. Shower was very good. Comfiest linen robe of all hotels we've been. Staff were extremely courteous and kind.

The rooms seemed a bit dated but they made up for how clean they left it. Probably a bit of refresh/repainting as it had a very subtle old room smell, which didn't bother us but may be noticeable by more sensitive noses. Maybe deodorize the elevators which had a bit of cigarette smell from smoking guests.

- Efficient and polite staff - Location was very close to Numazu Station. The only caveat is that the layout of the station itself is not good. You cannot easily cross between the north and south exits without entering the ticket gates. If not entering the ticket gate, need to walk a bit longer to use an underground crossing. - Spacious room with efficient layout - Although I only availed of the buffet breakfast once, I find the variety and taste of the food to be quite good. - Eco-friendly with option to request for cleaning or just towel replacement - Laundry machines can use cashless payment, in my case, GCash - View of Mt. Fuji from windows in the elevator area. There is also a building, Plaza Verde, with a rooftop to get a view of Mt Fuji (Note: I went in December so there is already snow cap. Not sure if it will be obvious around summer time)

The only thing that prevented me from giving a perfect rating were the stains I found: - in the toilet bowl: not too obvious and f standing directly in front, but only from the side because the stain was in one of the holes used for the flush - in one of the pillow case - only happened once and was very small

We loved staying here. Staff were helpful - we got a discount coupon for the restaurants next door. The rooms were large and clean. The amenities were good. And you can get additional amenities at the lobby. Close to the bus stops and train station. You can take the bus to the port and sea aquarium. And you can rent bicycles nearby. There is a convenience store next to the property. Breakfast was nice with a lot of Japanese food. We had a big family so we got the connecting rooms which is very good for big families. Compared to the big city the rooms were big.

A beautiful near new hotel with large modern rooms. The lobby was very stylish. Kind and considerate staff. Nice bathroom with plenty of free amenities if needed. A large king size bed, which is rare in Japan. Very close to the Numazu JR station (north side).

The only downside was the very hard bed. There seemed to be no top padding so you could feel the springs. Perhaps the hotel could purchase some comfort mattress toppers or have them available for an extra charge.

The room and washroom size is excellent. Very clean. The staff at reception is very helpful and courteous. One of them even helped me find the train connections and timetable. That was really great.

Only thing is that I (and a few of my colleagues) am a vegetarian , and so had extremely limited options at the breakfast buffet. The hotel may consider adding a few more types of breakfast cereals, flavoured yoghurt, fruits/whole fruits, cheese slices etc.

1. Bathroom was slightly larger than my previous hotel. 2. The room had a closet and a refrigerator. 3. Breakfast was included for the price which made it a very good value. 4. Located near the train station but far enough away from the noise. 5. Easy to find. 6. Lots of good coffee packets in the lobby.

Not enough seating at breakfast which presents awkward situations when trying to dine.

Location was so near the train station only take a few minutes walk, staff was so helpful and friendly. We had an upper floor room and it’s big enough for us. In the other morning when we opened the curtains we see a beautiful Fuji Mountain just like in front of us, we’re so excited and happy. About the breakfast we had was so delicious.

If you book early, this hotel is really value for money. The room are new and clean, with a view of Mount Fuji if the skies are clear. Comparing with the typical business hotel in Tokyo, their room are spacious and definitely worth the money spend. If you drive, the carpark is right next to the hotel and you only pay 1000 yen a day for the parking. It is near a JR station and you can easily take a train down to Atami for onsen or other place. Overall, it is a good place to make it as your base to all the places around Numazu.

If you hoping for good shopping around here, you can forget it. There are not much food choices, but if you can walk for about 5 to 10 mins to the other side across the train station, you will find better shopping and food options. It is a very quiet place, but I think with a train ride down to Atami, you can get more options for food and scenery.

Overall the hotel itself and the room is clean. We only booked a standard room for a family of 3. The room was spacious enough considering the usual size of rooms here in Japan.
