Next to / Walking distance to various shops (cafes, family restaurants, groceries, furniture, clothing, sports, books, big cinema & family parks (outdoor & indoor)). A lot of parking space, clean hotel, speed internet / wifi, helpful staff (check in, check out & room) & takes less than 10 minutes to reach Legoland, Puteri Harbour & Iskandar Puteri Town. This is going to be 1 of my family top place to stay when visit Johor Bahru / Nusajaya.

1. Not favor with the concept of using a water machine for complimentary water. Only a machine in a floor and disadvantage for guess which his / her room is far from the machine. Only 2 bottles provided for filling the water are not helpful for a big family with kids. 2. Selection of foods during breakfast can be increased / added. Limited choices of food but the taste was yummy (great).

Location was great because it’s quite close to legoland which we were visiting for 2 days. It’s also away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Parking was quite easy. Journey back to Tuas checkpoint was just within 20 minutes drive or so. The reception staff upgraded our room and we are very pleased with the service. The family suite came with great view of the vicinity. Thumbs up!

Breakfast was so so, not much selections. I think we arranged for transport pick up from legoland at 5pm, the car did not turn up. But we had a last min plan to go another place so booked a grab, hence we are ok with it. However, worth noting that the hotel or driver should try to contact us if it’s not coming.

Room is big and clean. Room is very spacious, more than enough for a family of 4 without having to pay for an extra bed as there is a sofa bed.

Hotel breakfast could be improved.

It’s really bright, spacious and clean. Perfect space for a family. Love that it’s close to the mall and legoland too!

The staff gave conflicting information about our breakfast entitlements and caused a fair bit of issue. Whilst it was great that they were willing to assist in helping us to get to the other floors where our friends were staying, one also wondered about the security. I was also disappointed with the lack of room service. It is only available between 12nn to 10pm, with the last order being 930pm. Kid couldn’t sleep in whilst I have my breakfast even if I wanted to.

The room we got was spacious and very cosy. Location wise it is very accessible and even has a mall located downstairs. Overall we enjoyed the stay very much.

This was the 1st time that we got rejected by on room dining, stating that the wait is 50mins or more. Was quite disappointing to know that after spending the whole day out and looking forward to dining in, we weren't able to. The toilet grouting and featured wall are also not cleaned properly. Would be better if housekeeping paid more attention to such details. However overall the stay was good.

The suite is spacious, well designed and very comfortable!

It would be great if the hotel could provide more options for tv/movie channels!

Big hotel with many shops around whilst not being in the city. Upon check in, I was advised that the linen was late so it would be a delay until room was ready. Not their fault so totally understand. 5pm comes around so I went back to check? It took a while because every single person checking in was complaining about the wait! Omg chill people, they were abusing the staff. One guy walked into the back of the reception desk and stood over the poor girl and demanded his room key. What an idiot. Finally it came to my turn and I decided to politely ask, if possible, would you be willing to offer a breakfast voucher due to the later check in? She said yes off course air! I felt great! She felt great! This is how normal people communicate! And how a great hotel makes up for the short comings. Sucked in to the guy that was rude, he got nothing. Rude people deserve nothing!

Love the room size and cleanliness. There are now more eateries available. GSC Cinema has recently opened. Food trucks have been stationed nearby.

Restaurant settings can be improved. As there are more hotel patrons, they should have a bigger area to accommodate more tables, especially during breakfast. The food layout also needs to be fixed. Don't know why staple food like nasi lemak was placed at the end of the room during breakfast. Dinner was mediocre and letdown. I was expecting more dinner food, but ...

Amenities around the hotel make it more convenient for my family to shop around without having to travel out to go to another shopping mall. Service rendered by the hotel staff is excellent. They accede to my request fast.

The TV channels provided in the hotel room are good, but sometimes, they have glitching issues. I hope the glitching issues are fixed, and maybe apps like YouTube or Netflix are added into the TV, as well as Astro Ria to be added to the TV channels list.

There is a GSC with kids playground. After the movie, you just walk back to the hotel 7) fast room service
