Breakfast nasi lemak is good..teh tarik can b more authentic.

The aircond in the rm..i set ot to the lowest at 10° the whole nite n the rm temp only drop to 23.5°. Next the water heater, the water is not hot enough to use in the bathtub..i run it for like 10min n the water become luke warm temp that is not ideal to have a soaking bath..so the nice bathtub is a wasteful sight. Next, my mini fridge got switch off somehow..n lucky i ask the service crew n they told me it was off cos he need to do some work outside the rm and the power to the fridge is fr outside. I ha e bought some milk and it could have turn sour without knowing.. lucky it was turn bavk on and i had a ice pack to keep my milk cold.

Room was exceptional, the bathtub was clean, the bed was made, the floor weren't sticky. The soaps provided were amazing, given that I have very sensitive skin and was having a rash, but it worked. The washer and the fridge in the room works well. Bed was amazing! Slept like a log. Location was far from city, quiet environment. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the room! Check in and check out was a breeze. Parking was great. Was given high floor and away from lift as my requests and would like to thank the team for accommodating to that! Well done & will come back again!

The service in your restaurant amidst breakfast time, they're quite slow. We had to wait for quite awhile in line just to get a table. When it should actually be speedy, given your huge dining space. Upon entering your restaurant & having our seat appointed to us, my husband & I realised that your bussers (someone who clears table) is very slow at doing their work. With regards to the food spread, it was just decent. Some were bland, some were salty, but it was okay.

We had a wonderful stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour! The location was ideal, especially since we planned to visit Legoland with our children — it was just a short drive away. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy for us to prepare light meals and heat up food for the kids. Another big plus was the proximity to a grocer and several coffee spots, making it very convenient to grab essentials or enjoy a quick coffee break. We also loved the large, spacious bathroom — it really added to the comfort of the stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. We would definitely return for future trips.

Our only small feedback would be that the swimming pool area could use a little sprucing up. That said, the view from the pool was beautiful and relaxing.

The housekeeping was so efficient. Breakfast had a good decent spread. There was everything for everyone. The hotel staff during breakfast were so cheerful and friendly. Felt like a community. The swimming pool was sheltered, this was one of the pulling factors for me. There was bathtub in my room and even though my studio room was relatively small, but the layout of the room made sense by utilising all the spaces effectively. Location was great near Xpark, legoland, JPO, Bukit Indah, Mall of Medini and Hard Rock Cafe. Enough to entertain my kids for a weekend vacation.

The carpark life lobbies smelled a bit mouldy. Apart from Hard Rock Cafe, there was nothing else. The foodpanda / Grabfood delivery was so limited. I would like to have the convenience of ordering outside local food to my hotel. Once, i came home at midnight to find that there are no parking lots at all. My kids were already sleeping in the car, we had to keep going up and down the different levels. Would appreciate complimentary valet once the entire carpark is full. Also, the staffs were not responsive when I left messages from Booking.com.

Great stay! Spacious and beautiful view of the sea over the balcony as we got a room on the high floor. Comfortable bed and there were 4 pillows! Breakfast was awesome! Food was delicious. However they must have overlooked the crowd post Christmas and had a long snaking line waiting to get to breakfast at 9am. But chef came out, apologised for the long wait and spoke clearly about sharing tables and extending breakfast hour. Good service recovery! The next day, the restaurant had put out some light snacks by the entrance for nibbles in case people had to wait again. Manager also went round to apologised for the wait, ensured everyone was happy and enjoyed the food. We also had a massage at the Spa. Lovely ladies and kind manager too. One of the best foot massages I’ve had in years. Look for Liza! Shahira from Front Desk was also lovely and kind! Great experience from all the staff. Thank you!

A brilliant spot for accommodation right by the water. Amazing views of the harbour and green. The morning mist was absolutely breathtaking. I had the studio premium room and the bed was facing a huge open door. Very unique experience. Efficient checkil in process and overall good experience

To walk to harbour under the hot sun. There should be a transportation provided. A bike for rent or something to make the commute more comfortable. Around the property are construction in progress which seems unfortunately very unsightly

The 1 bedroom we booked was spacious for us 3 adults and 2 children under 7. The view was reasonably nice (except for the abandoned building across perhaps). The bed, sheets, and overall room deco were very comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious and the kids had fun playing in the bath tub too. The kids had plenty of living space to move around and we loved that the room had 1) microwave, kitchenware and kitchen utensils - given that we grabfood in for dinner after a full day at the theme park and 2) washing machine - so we could do our laundry at night and save the amount of laundry we needed to do when we got back home (esp helpful when you have wet clothes from the water park) The place was pretty close to Legoland at 1/3 the price of Legoland Hotel. We preferred the simple and clean looking design of the Fraser Place room as compared to Legoland Hotel. Staff and concierge were helpful with the baggage when we arrived. Housekeeping were quick with requests made online. We booked the room without breakfast as there were plenty of good food options in Eco Botanic and even right next door (Atelier Coffee Club). Parking was easy and spacious within the building.

The cleanliness could be improved and some parts of the room's fittings + exterior of the building were starting to look worn. Pool looked rather dirty so we didnt use it at all during our trip.

It's an service apartment. Seems not a hotel. It's a good apartment. You can wash your clothes and cook yourself. The bathtub was ok.

For 5 stars, the breakfast is just so-so compared to hotel 5 stars. I stayed 3 nights. Every morning were same menu. Boring. And the meal options were actually not fancy. You can find them on the food stall

There are restaurants, supermarket within 5 minutes walk from the hotel and it is very convenient for our family. Room is clean and good amount of space. Location is convenient if you are going to Legoland. Only takes 5-10 minutes drive.

Rooms are not very soundproof, it is very annoying every midnight there were either racing cars or motor bikes on the road. I am a very deep sleeper yet got waken up. Not really hotel's fault but the windows are surely not super sealed. It was a non smoking room but when we entered the room, we can smell a little smoke.
