- Staff are helpful - Rooms are great, love the big space. - Near lots of food.

- Tip: When you book, don't book with breakfast. As they'll give you a bento breakfast. - I was expecting a buffet but was told they will give bento sets instead. The bento looks cheap and not worth my money, management needs to look into it. - The wifi is terrible. - Air con in the master bedroom is kinda warm

We love the room and the ambience. My grandson enjoy crawling all over the apartment as it was superb clean. The bed is awesome. We really had a very good sleep and rest. It was so comfortable.

We expected a buffet breakfast so that we can enjoy the food and the ambience. We were only informed about the set breakfast during the check in. Was upset of course. That was our first experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The apartment facilities were fantastic, especially the fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, which made the stay even more convenient. The apartment itself was very spacious, and I loved the added amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, and library. Overall, it was a great experience!

The only downside was the morning breakfast, which was a packed meal. It would be much better if they could upgrade it to a buffet breakfast. Other than that, everything was great

The washer/dryer was a godsend - not available in hotels. Apartment cleanliness and linen was top-notch. Cleaning staff were meticulous. Very spacious living space. Swimming pool was well-maintained. Concierge provides luggage trolley.

Self-check-in terminal and intercom defective - as with most of the IT. Not a major concern. Carpark gantry card-reader defective on 8 Dec - needed manual override. Security on one of the lifts was lacking due to no card access restriction. Breakfast option limited. Cockroach crept in under the main door due to the bin centre being only three doors down. Not a major concern if you know the condition of most Air-bnbs in this area - there are no bugs in the unit at all!

On the other hand, the same level of good customer service is not rendered by your other male staffs. 😕 🙄 😒 😐 😑 They are very cold & unfriendly. In fact, they speak just like robots..🤖 🤖 🤣🤣🙃🙃 The Breakfast Bento sets provided are not fresh & they are cold also. Kindly make some improvement pls. 🙏 🙏

This is our second time in Pinetree Marina Resort with our extended families. We booked a few 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments during our stay. We chose this location because of its location (near Legoland) and many supermarket and restaurants nearby. What I like the most about this location is the feeling like home away from home - I could do my laundry easily with dryer, laundry room complete with drying rack and iron (easy to iron shawl) and I love the kitchen, complete with chinaware, cutleries, induction cooker c/w pots and pans, microwave and big fridge to store food and ice creams. The shared facilities - gym, swimming pool are easily accessible.

Check in was fast and efficient. Housekeeping responded very fast via WhatsApp! I love the sea view from the apartment, the spaciousness, the facilities etc. The bed was v comfortable! There are sufficient crockery, pots and pans if you wish to cook yourself. Toiletries are provided in each bathroom. Location is good, a short drive to Eco Botanic - the Nest condo area for your meals, or just a short walk downstairs for all the pubs and eateries. There is a hardrock cafe with live band located within the same building!

The WiFi is a bit slow and you need to sign in several times if your gadget is left idling. The pillow a bit flat. Good if the service apartment provides dish washing soap for me to clean the plates after use. Overall it is an excellent stay!

We love that the room was big and spacious. The price was affordable too. Bento breakfast was cheap and worth it too. Overall, it was tidy. We love the amenities the room had as well. We could rinse and dry the swimming costumes easily after a swim. The staff was friendly. Parking was easy and safe. Location was 30mins away from malls like Aeon Tebrau City, Toppen and Midvalley by car.

The pool water needs a bit of maintenance. One of the bedrooms wasn't thoroughly cleaned 'cause we found someone's pair of shorts underneath the bed. The aircon in the 2nd bedroom wasn't working well. It wasn't cold. A bit warm. The switch and remote in the laundry room were not working. Couldn't bring the automated hanger down. So, couldn't reach the thing to hang the clothes. Also, there was a lizard in the laundry room. Couldn't leave food outside as there were ants as well.

We loved the cleanliness of the premier 2-bedroom apartment, exceptionally clean. Also love all the facilities provided at the hotel. It's just that the 4 towels are insufficient for those who travel with kids, need to have extra 2 at least (even though I'm aware they provide 2 towels for each room). The interior design of the apartment was also pretty, minimalist yet soothing to see. Love love love!

The sink in the kitchen was clogged when we wanted to wash the dishes. It was somehow so disturbing as the water took such a very long time to go down. The dish detergent provided was also smelly, I bet it was from a long time ago. We didn't use it, so we bought one just to ease the cleaning process. It also took some time if we called the receptionist, so that's why for simple thing like this, we just settled it on our own.
