I went to the hotel during CNY. The staff of the hotel will greet us with Happy Cny, they are so polite. They also treat us very well. When I am going out they will greet us, they also ask if they need to do housekeeping when we are out. So good. The room was also good, very comfortable. They chose a room at the end of the building, and I can see the view of the whole puteri harbor. I can enjoy the beautiful view and Singapore in front of me. Super cool. I want to stay in the hotel for longer but I don't have enough money.

The heater in one of the bathrooms is already spoiled. And there isn't any telephone or safe in the room. I looked at their website and it said that they will provide but I can't find any of them.

Frequent hotel guest using this hotel minimum twice yearly..seems that they did update their rooms..with new tvs and wifi connection is good too. Staff / Security have always been very friendly...

Construction noisy at left side of the wings..hotel gave me rm near to it but i asked for change immediately for right wing instead. Shower amenities not topped up automaticly when empty always have to ask to be refilled. Sadly the popular Mana cafe nearby closed off...its a bit boring choice area for food. Shower head holder not firm so the nozzle keeps moving all over when shower

Very roomy. Good for family of 5. We situated our kids in master bedroom and got the other room for me n wife instead. Water pressure in master bathroom was super strong and delightful. All the bacteria cannot stay on my back with that jet spray 😂 Can also definitely do water flossing lol… Living area was huge n fantastic for chilling out. Would have been nice if we can watch Netflix there. Dining area was very good to eat at, we had breakfast n supper at the raised table platform. Also played quite a bit of card n board games there. Good for bonding! Infinity Swimming pool is very nice esp during evening, but not so much in the morning cos of the sun. Nice lap pool (1.2m depth; not 50m length though) so can actually swim in. There is also a kids pool (0.5m) for the children to splash around.

Non-master bathroom didn’t have hot water, and shower head was leaking. We all bathed in the master bathroom instead. Non master bedroom beds was uncomfortable n small. I almost rolled off the bed when I turned for the first time (and this was when I was awake). Quickly learned not to turn too much 🫤 pillows were also not comfortable.

*Staff is helpful and friendly. *The suites are large and comfortable and have nice kitchens if you want to cook something. *The place is pleasant overall with the needed amenities.

*In an odd neighborhood. For example, there are no banks. The only ATM machine is a ten-minute walk away at the ferry boat terminal. (There's another ATM in a government office, but that place is closed evenings and weekends.) *The Grab car service is a challenge. When everyone is checking out at noon there aren't many taxis available. It took me almost an hour for a car to finally accept my request and show up. All the other guests were having the same problem. Leave yourself enough time for this inconvenience or you might miss your flight at the airport if you don't plan for this delay. It's a very "out-of-the-way" hotel location. It's a convenient location to Legoland, but not to downtown Johor Bahru.

I took a 2-bedroom suite and it was very spacious, complete with living room, kitchenette, washing machine and iron board, and even a small balcony with the sea view. Rooms and toilets were clean. Breakfast was ordinary, though value for money at 28 RM. The freshly brewed coffee was great, and the chocolate croissants exceeded expectations, and the egg station was always great for breakfast. It was also refreshing to have fruits. Harbour wiew from the infinity pool was great, especially at sunrise. Staff was very courteous and even greeted and saluted me at the carpark.

A wider breakfast selection would be great, but generally have no complaints.

Clean spacious room , will be good if can be triple or even Quad..hot water good pressure..really comfy clean bed..Special accolades to kembara cafe staff though its raining and outdoor spaces closed,still managed to accomodate and kept the food hot and topped up ..i can say though small cafe as compared to t hotel beside but they managed to hv yummy menu..soup n garlic bread was great..will be back for sure...Ohh front desk girls nice and friendly...free secured parking too...wifi was good too...and they replied via whatsapp my request for date change and update too bout road closure..🙏

Not much ...tv channels can be improved esp for kids.

very clean! room and cutleries in the room. room furnishing are comfortable and look brand new, of great qualities too. bed was hard but i slept like a baby. bedsheet is crisp, towel smells great. washroom was great, water pressure very good. bidet available. there are two aircons in the room thankfully.. international plugs, very handy. i enjoy how my stay, albeit short... breakfast was good too.

tv was outdated n not so good quality. sofa cover was itchy.

The 2BRM apartment was spacious and clean. Check-in was easy and staff very friendly and helpful, underground parking was secure and convenient. We didn't use the facilities for this short stay. We were given the requested quiet room and the view was overlooking park and marina which was very nice. The furnished kitchen with utensils and crockery was great. There was a washer/dryer too. There were eateries outside, across the road and further among the various condos in the area. There was also a restaurant on site which we did not visit.

Television set was small, only had regular channels. The display wasn't sharp (not HD).

Quiet and plesant environment. 24 hr eatery just below at level 1.

1) Please remove the bathtub photos in your 2- bedroom apartments.They are misleading.Was informed by your customer service that 2- bedroom apartments do not have bathtubs only the 3-bedders were equipt. Was expecting the bathtub as they were advertised.That's the disappointment. 2)Can consider adding Netflix on your tv's..most apartments/hotels are already on smart tvs.

The apartment was hugeeee and feels quite luxurious. The bed was very comfortable. Wifi was good. The showers was very good with strong water pressure. The view of the marina was quite stunning. Location is close Legoland (by driving). Really loved the 24 hour Mana Cafe nearby which had really good cheap food for every mealtime! Didnt use the kitchen but seems very well stocked. Free underground parking. Staff were nice and helpful.

Thought the laundrette was free to use but its RM23 plus which is very expensive for self service laundry. The towels I got was very dirty (make up stains) and had to request for new ones.
