Very friendly staff, especially the lady working at the reception called Fatim (I think). Great location, quiet, close to the sea. The room was ok, a bit too small for a deluxe option but it had a big balcony with a great view over the lagoon. Very pleasant cleaning staff too😀 I liked the pool as well

The restaurant was ok, the food we had was nice but the menu was very limited, only one vegan option, and didn’t change for the whole time we were there. The same problem with the breakfast-nice enough but the same food every day. Sometimes not enough staff to look after the clients at dinner time. That’s why we ate out most of the time.

We stayed in a nice room with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The staff is very nice and friendly and a large, beautiful and quiet beach is at 1-2 minutes walking distance.

A lovely place, close to the sea (and the sea is really windy, so great it has a pool good for a short swim inside the territory). Place offers towels for both bath and pool, which was great! And - ladies - the tiny hair conditioner was good enough for the travel)) Our room had a balcony to sit and watch the Lagune. Parking has a lot of space (in front and behind hotel) and we had 24h entrance thanks to codes Hotel has both breakfasts and dinners - should note, we didn't find anything worthy in the nearby (in September many summer places were already closed), this was actually the best dinner place around. The local food didn't go well with me, I had a severe disorder, but this may well be the new foods I tried. Staff is lovely, and with Google translate help we could speak with everyone

It’s located on the beach, so to reach the beach no need to walk a lot or to drive. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are modern.

It’s my fourth time staying there, love it; although it’s not a dealbreaker for me, I believe that every year the breakfast is getting worse. This time we couldn’t stop from laughing a lot, seeing film thin cut only yellow cheese offering the manchego and the egg station unlike the previous years was limited just to boil eggs. Let’s see next year.

The staff were all extremely friendly. Our first room was lovely. Evening meals in the restaurants were very good. The hotel is in a quiet area which given how busy the actual town was, was very much appreciated.

Breakfast was extremely limited, more choice would have been appreciated. We extended our stay and had to change rooms as our first room was booked. The second room was much smaller - I don't think we'd have been happy to stay in it the whole time.

Fantastic location between the lagoon and beach. Bight clean and very comfortable rooms. The rooms were well decorated and had everything you needed. Our room was quite small which may just be the luck of the draw, but with a spacious balcony we were happy. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our time at the hotel. I felt it was expensive compared to similar hotels we've stayed in, but perhaps that is because of the location.

Sweet, little hotel that had everything you might need for a few days of relaxation. The location right on the beach is excellent, the hotel is at the southern/quiet end of Saint Cyprien, which is much nicer than the northern bits, which are loud and busy.

Had some issues re housekeeping, which were communicated to reception and promptly addressed.

Parking on the territory, great view out of the window, clean , recently renovated rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Direct access to the beach! So, the area is quite and relaxing

It is located on the isolated area, so, if you want to go out for dinner , you will have to take a car. Otherwise, the only restaurant is where you have breakfast. Which is good.

Well, it’s far from the restaurants, so, you have to take a car to go out for dinner. Otherwise, the restaurant on the territory is good, but that means that breakfast, lunch and dinner is in the same place.

The staff at the hotel were by far the highlight of the stay. Very patient, attentive and accommodating. The pool area was great, and the breakfast was pretty good! Had a great massage in the spa, would definitely recommend.

Although breakfast was mostly good, we did not feel that it was appropriate for a 4 star hotel to leave you to cook your own eggs and serve your own coffee. There is a small outdoor bar area, and at lunchtime it is impossible to sit for a drink. You are not allowed to take drinks to the pool area.....I think the hotel are missing a trick... they should invest in some plastic glasses and allow their guests a cocktail in a lounger by the pool! Lunch menu is disappointing, as only 5-6 option available, which does not change daily or weekly. Something to consider if going full board.
