the hotel was nice and clean and staff very helpful.

The smoking was awful for us as non smokers and feel with a hotel this size you could easily accommodate non smokers by having a separate sunlounger area and one side outside the hotel by pool as no smoking. Its horrible when you settle on your sun longer with a nice drink to have some one close next to you chain smoking.

Nice modern minimalistic hotel well equipped. Clean and comfortable spacious room. Good location. Lots of green around. Nice view. Easy safe parking in premises.

Of cource I am not going to compare with five star intercontinental of Warsaw I stayed the week before but Wi-fi could have been much better and I have had better breakfast even in three star hotels. Occasionally had the feeling of not being very welcomed .... November issues ...

The room and the facilities were excellent. The staff and the quality of the drinks were superb. The location of the hotel was great too.

All inclusive meant that people were drinking very late into the night which meant that we couldn't get to sleep until 2/3am due to the noise. The hotel should have earlier cut off points for serving alcohol..

Staff very friendly, excellent bar service and options of drinks part of the all inclusive. Great size of room and options to have room refreshed frequently. Not sure on the strength of cocktails but they tasted great

Not much information given about what you can do around the hotel like tennis court, gym or the book in restaurant dinners. you have to go about asking for this and not really told when you first check in. They had no tennis balls available to play tennis, not a bad point as wouldn't have been interested if the court hadn't been there

Amazing property, so well designed and looked after. Rooms are beautiful, supplied with great size balcony, mini fridge and robes, cleaned perfect every day. The two pools are fantastic with the option of the DJ pool or quiet pool, great vibe. The drinks were good, however cocktails included in the all inclusive are limited to Cook Clubs own ones, aperol and lemon spritz, bramble, Cuba Libre and 3 or 4 or there own signature cocktails. All beer wine spirits and soft drinks are included and unlimited. The selection of food was incredible, breakfast had everything. Food served at bar via the app was nice and was changed menu every day. Lunch and dinner was served inside in the lovely cantina restaurant and was order via the app and brought to the table via the lovely staff. The menu for lunch and dinner was quite expansive and had something for everyone. There was also a bar in this restaurant for drinks with dinner. The smoke grill and the campiello a la carte are two other table service restaurants in site and you get a free meal with your stay here which you have to book during your stay. The food and service at these is amazing particularly the smoke grill by the quite pool. Entertainment on every night if you wish to stay up, plenty of seats around for all the guests to enjoy there drinks. Lovely little town and beach only 10 minutes walk away and old town was only 15 minutes by car, there is a bus or you can get a taxi for 30e The hotel has a little shop on site too.

Not a lot to be honest it is amazing. If my arm was twisted I was say the all inclusive could contain cocktails like mojitos espresso martinis etc. we had to pay 6e each when we wanted these. Also free water was only tap water bottle water was not included. The mini fridge only included 4 bottles of water every day no other soft drinks or alcoholic drinks or snacks. If you are staying poolside the music will be quite loud until after midnight. so maybe bring earplugs if you plan on having an early night. I will say these things for us were very minor and we loved our stay.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. We were also lucky enough to be upgraded to a swim up room which we would definitely book next time. Cool decor throughout and beautiful plants. 2 large pools one quiet one with chilled music and lots of different seating areas. Service of food was quick and some good options. Not sure how often the menu changes though as we only did two nights prior to moving on to Paxos. Great selection of cocktails included in the all inclusive.

Sunbeds get reserved very early. We still managed to get one but without an umbrella. Perhaps a 30 minute unattended rule would help rotation of beds.

Breakfast is buffet style and plenty of choice. Lunch is good with a help yourself salad bar etc and order on App . Reception, guest relations and cleaning staff are very helpful.

Evening meal is dissappointing. No way to tell portion size or if it comes with vegetables etc. not a large amount of choice and mostly fast food type options. 2 a la carte options but very difficult to get booked into these. They are not individual restaurants but food is served in the pool bar areas. Given the price to stay here the evening meal option needs to be thought about- table service and more choices. More of a restaurant fine dining than just a bite to eat. Most of the bar staff are very rude and some of the restaurant staff. Sunbeds are a little uncomfortable as no mattresses on them.

The food was amazing. The beds were comfy. The room was clean and modern. Staff was friendly. It was a vibe. Definitely recommend for young middle-aged people or even older people who just want an absolute vibe. Me and my wife loved it. We're 35 years old. Most people were around 25 - 60, so it was a nice mixture of ages.

We had a garden view room which looked out onto the pool and bar at the back. Maybe a mesh curtain or some privacy glass for the patio door would be nice. It's annoying having to close curtains to have privacy when getting changed as it blocks out all the light. It's not a game changer, though. Being picky, 99.9% happy.

Great hotel with good facilities, 2 outdoor pools, gym and tennis court. Great selection of drinks and food in the all inclusive package that were delicious! We really enjoyed the evening entertainment especially the band on the Friday night. The room was great and we had a lovely view of the pool. The breakfast and other meals were also great, a lot of choice for different dietary choices, and vegetarian friendly too.

Some evenings the music from the bar was a bit loud, and sometimes the tipsy customers returning to their rooms were noisy.

All inclusive resort hotel. Big rooms and lovely decor. We stayed a week and enjoyed the facilities such as the pool and the fitness centre.

Loungers were hard, could do with a cushion. Breakfast egg options not good. The omelettes were inedible and did not have any fillings which was odd. I would suggest that they change this. We were also told that there was a free dinner at the 'upmarket' restaurant but when we got there most of the free options were not great, but they had an additional menu that you could order off at an extra charge. We were not informed correctly and it was a bit annoying. Please explain the situation fully to your guests.
