The location is very good for the town and the ferry

I didnt like the restaurant buffet and the pool was out of service though they did give us a credit

The air conditioner was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The balcony was beautiful. The property is clean.

Hotel was nice but the room did not have a microwave. Some of the staff was nice but most were not helpful. We requested a room service but it never came. The food was not good. Drinks were ok but I could hardly taste/feel the effects of the alcohol in the mixed drinks. Other guests got stuck in the elevator. One of the elevators was stuck open when we wanted to go downstairs.

I loved my view, it was truly amazing and made the room special for me. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

My floor wasn't very clean, there was dust and hair in the middle of the hallway. There were a lot of ants on the balcony so I couldn't put my feet down when sat out there. I also found the bubbles in the jacuzzi weren't working. Had I been staying for longer I would have raised these things. Next time I will say straight away because I think the staff would have been very accommodating.

The location-easy to walk into the capital & view main tourist sites in Roseau. Staff are very friendly & accommodating from the reception desk to the housekeeping to the restaurant staff. Colleen who works in the restaurant/pool area was really very pleasant& friendly to chat with. She showed a genuine interest in knowing that one was having a good time. Love the decor of the room-showcasing the history of the island. Like how they used the stone material in the design of the hotel by the lobby & surrounding area. The views from the hotel are fantastic-waking up to the ocean view-there are no words for that .

Nothing-if there is anything I would say maybe more staff is needed in the restaurant area as the staff have a hard time rushing back & forth to clear tables for persons coming in for breakfast & bringing any orders.

First mornings breakfast was excellent. By the nest day the staff seemed a little off. I had forgotten to order black pudding as I had previous, but was told it was not possible for me to have as they had already brought my plate, but they were still giving it to other people. I don’t see why they couldn’t put a piece on my plate.

Staff put extra drink on my bill in the evening.

Room amazing with great views and balcony. Really nice pool, hot tub and bar area. Most staff really friendly and Heidi servicing drink and food was really helpful and excellent. Evening Buffet was great.

It is a little confusing getting around between old and new building and would be helpful to have map or clear signs (especially walking to restaurant). Breakfast food was really bad 👎 and this was a shame as evening buffet was great). Staff at main desk and Heidi super friendly, some of other staff very dismissive and rude which was strange and uncomfortable after rest of staff went out of way to be nice and helpful. Felt hit and miss with staff.

Location is right in the heart of Roseau (capital of Dominica). The rooms are comfortable and clean and the view (if you have one with a view is great) unless there is cruise ship that blocks part of the view. Several eating options in the hotel, dive store is attached to the hotel. Attractions in Roseau are walking distance.

The restaurant had items on the menu that they did not carry consistently which was disappointing.

- Best stay in Dominica, super located, we had a room with a sea view and we stayed more nights here - Parking space for our rental car - Super comfy beds, the room is very spacious - Spacious bathroom - Gym was okay - We extended our stay longer as we liked it a lot there - Staff is really nice - It was really nice to have this stay after our island hopping in the Caribbean

- Family with kids who occupy the swimming pool area and their sounds and noises We are a 30s couple, very well traveled, my girlfriend is a teacher, we don’t have problem with kids, but the idea of booking a resort is to relax and enjoy but kids and parties take away the relaxing vibe away

Staff was wonderful, location is great and the pool deck is lovely.

The food quality was less than desired for the prices that are charged. Breakfast "sausage" was cut up chicken hot dogs.

Great location for solo travelers Can walk to most restaurants/ bars etc.. Facility is nice and clean. And the staff are awesome.

Many small things like not having 110 Outlet and they didn’t have enough transformers to give to all the customers, water leak in the bathroom for some reason wasn’t fixed when cleaning lady was aware , bed not very comfortable, and coffee maker is useless etc… also should offer some complimentary activities like whale watching. One of the 2 elevators was broken during my entire week stay.
