Very,very kind and polite staff. Hotel was quite well maintained. Clean, including the rooms. Parking gets a little crowded, though. No limitations on food delivery to a specific spot at the hotel.

Not enough storage inside the room since space is at a premium In room dining options were very limited, though they do not limit outside delivery (looking at you Taj MG Road!) Twice our food tasted like they had used old/overused oil, and that was a little concerning.

It is okay and chef has done everything to be the best.

Separate Provision to be given near the swimming pool to dry the wet clothes. we dont have place in the rooms also to dry it out. Calling bell is not working in our room no. 803. If DTH is given in the room TV we can see many programs if nothing good in other channels like Sun,zee, star TV we can watch You tube. If separate play area for childrens will make them happy and good apart from swimming pool.

We had stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was excellent and the hospitality was wonderful. The location of the hotel is excellent with plenty of shops around within a 1-2 kms radius. It is about 4-5 kms from the beach as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

I didn't like only one thing. The lifts are access controlled by the room key card for selecting the floor. This is quite stupid. My wife was in the room and I had come out and had a difficult time getting to the floor.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Sholinganallur and the rooms were not only well-appointed but also meticulously maintained, showcasing a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Sunday morning breakfast was horrendous. Not enough place to be seated and staff were struggling to find table. Junior level servers were working and assisting families. There was no sign of F&B Manager to take a decision to extend the breakfast area. I had to ask and request the Captain of restaurant ti allow taking food to the bar area. Over all you can feel shortage of middle management and higher management. Looks like the hotel is left under all junior level staff.

Please have presence of your higher management team for management and guidance. Felt sorry for staff.

1. Staff frequently messed up a. We ordered two items from in room dining. They brought only one and missed to bring the other. Had to make calls and sort it out. b. We booked appointment with the spa. When we turned up for the appointment they said they did not have any appointment. Only then we realised reception patched us to Sipcot novotel spa. c. In the breakfast buffet, we had to keep reminding about the live station orders like dosa and omelette. d. No information about the stay, buffet timings, key card access requirement for the lift was conveyed during checkin 2. Key card kept getting disabled

Location of the property was perfect as my it was close to my work location. Facilities provided at the price were ok.

Really spacious rooms. Stayed at a suite. Decent view. Clean rooms and staff very friendly as well. Lots of complimentary things and their toiletries were also complete. Toilet was really clean as well.

F&B outlets dining experience could be better / more private. Didn't feel like I would want to dine there for long. A friend visited and wanted to host them in the lounge downstairs but seating was uncomfortable and it was too loud. We also ate at the restaurant and that experience could also have been better. The location is a bit far from the city, but not too much of a problem. I would plan ahead for Uber Rides as it's not a place they frequent.

Hotel very comfortable and the service excellent. Staff is really second to none from reception to room cleaning to restaurant. The Chef Sounthar is exceptionally helpful. I do not eat spicy food and chillies and he did all possible to make me happy. He is incredibly helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Very good and large variety for all tastes.

We regret to say that the pool can not accomodate so many people. Above all so many noisy children. Also would be good to have a sign asking people to shower and tie the long hair.
