we've booked the family room.. the view is awesome.. the staff was very helpful.. the breakfast great

the interieur of the room isn't on a 4 star level... especially the toilets are just on a basic level.. no railing on the terrace, which is over two meters high.. not safe for small children.. he rooms have to be reached via a steep staircase... not easy for older people

Amazing property in a mountain. You have to leave the car down the hill and the owner will came to pick you up in a 4x4 (we asked and she offered to pick us up any time 24x7). She contacted us before arriving to check if we wanted dinner. The room was for 4 people with really comfortable beds, air conditioning, free water, a little fridge and a kettle. The bathroom was downstairs and it was more basic, but enough for a shower. The views from the terrace of the room simply breath-taking. At the top of the hill (2 minutes from our room) they have a bar/restaurant with even better views and space for a drink. They have over the terrace beds made from nets that is totally an experience. The breakfast was amazing. In the two days, the first day we had coffee /tea, orange juice and some muffins, and then the owner appeared with a full English breakfast and some fresh fruit in the shape of a heart. The second day she changed the English breakfast for a typical Thai breakfast (rice porridge) that was amazing (plus all the rest, with organic fruit). I would like to add how helpful the owner was (plus her English is amazing). She recommended places to go and visit and I had a problem with my car, we phoned the garage and wrote for me a note. I took the car there and after fixing they wont accept payment because I was sent by her. What else can I say? I travelled with 3 teenagers and it is one of the properties that made them leave the phones and enjoy the views (of course after publishing 100 pics on social media). The owner allowed them to go up and down the hill in the back of the pick up. They still talk about that. If you are reading this and searching for a hotel near Chiang Rai, this is a must.

The staff was more than expectational! When we arrived we were taken to two locations and were offered a driver for a good price. Moreover, when she took us to Wat Huay Pla Kang and Singha Park she told us about the history of the places. All in all, I couldn’t be happier with the staff as they were accommodating beyond our expectations. We even contacted them past our stay in Flower Hill 180 for questions regarding Chiang Rai. Lastly, the English of the owner was exceptional. We originally had the room similar to a tent, but we’re upgraded. The room was clean was a stunning view over the mountains. During our stay it is easy to contact them through booking as they reply within a few minutes. Just keep in mind that the toilet is located underneath the room. All in all, a pleasant one night stay. (Sorry for the quality of our pictures. I had to screenshot them as I only took videos)

During our dinner at Flower Hill 180 the dog was around us quite often. Luckily they called them back and we could continue our dinner.

We found the place very pleasant, relaxing and the view is beautiful. The owner is very friendly, She makes you feel comfortable. She speaks fluent English and can arrange transportation to take you to the must-see attractions in the area. You can also rent a scooter directly from her.

I liked how remote it was and the view. Amazing all day long. The tables to eat your breakfast were lovely too.

I probably should have had a car but the owner helped me out with picking me up from the airport. It’s not that I didn’t like it, I was just unprepared.

The view was spectacular. The people were so friendly. The room was really nice! I 100% recommend staying here.

The hotel view is breathtaking, a perfect place for relaxation, the owner was one of the loveliest one that i have ever met, she was so helpful she went extra miles to make our stay memorable.

Everyday view was incredible! The area is super peaceful. Perfect place for chill and relax. Staff very nice, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to be your guest! :) My bungalow was clean and smell nice. I love the special lawn chairs in common area!

It’s very calm area and there is nothing to do.
