Great time park plaza hotel - remains one of our favourite Delhi hotels! We got a free room upgrade which was greatly appreciated. Anjali & preeti Tilak bell boy is very hardworking and very good person smooth Check out taken by Harshit he is also very kind of person & Mr.himanshu duty manager He is very Attentive he suggest us the local market Nd malls About tourism places as well.

My stay at this hotel was great! The room was not only spotless, but also very comfortable and well cared for. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. The area was beautiful, peaceful and perfectly located for exploring the local attractions. I really enjoyed the peace and convenience, and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

My room was sparkly clean & provided everything I needed... and the bed was extremely comfortable 😀. It was lovely to have a swimming pool, spa, and fitness room 😀 And best of all, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful 😀 I was only here for 2 days and I didn't explore the area, so I can't comment on the location.

I booked in a few days before joining a pre-booked tour to wait for my travel companion! The place was lovely& the staff were very helpful & even allowed me to check in early due to arriving at 8am! Room ready by 10am & was able to use the pool area whilst waiting! 😎 Staff were very professional and courteous!

I had no issues during my stay but I am sure they would've been dealt with had any aisen!

Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and fast service. Meals were very tasty. Dinner has option for A la carte and buffets and room service. There are also two nearby shopping malls. They packed a breakfast box for the day we departed early.

Nothing really of significance, Bed a bit too soft for us and hotel is in a wedding district so it can get a bit noisy, exclellent if you are attending a wedding but it was manageable.

had a wonderful stay at the park plaza the staff were very attentive and made my journey a great experience I highly recommend people to experience this once Dileep n Anjali from front office was very nice to us staff there is very professional had nice behaviour.i really enjoy

The location and A receptionist called Mr.pankaj Roy kapoor is very friendly , helpful with a kind gesture with a warm smile. He was indeed very respectful to the hotel guests and co operated with me all my enquiries and my requests which is exactly opposite to the other receptionist named Mr.Manoj . I would like to appreciate Mr. Pankaj Roy kapur for his excellent hospitality and great attitude.

not allowing the guests inside the room by one of the staff names Manoj ( receptionist) even though I have given the local ids of my lady relatives and they belong to the Respected families and Mr. Manoj disrespected me in front of my family relative guests as he asked for their ids then said that they are not allowed to go in the room even for 10 minutes and he said all this in an aggressive manner with an angry, grim and long face. I have told him that this is not the way he should treat the hotel guests and even if there are some rules he should tell this with a smile on his face. even after I told all this , he was still talking to me in a mocking behavior.

Best hotel in Shahdara.. We enjoyed a lot Pls follow the park plaza hotel.. Dileep & anjali is very smile staff in front office.. and very helpful and friendly and the room is nice but it’s need to be renewed and everything is fine in the room. And at the restaurant the food is amazing and everything perfectly fine I would definitely visit again here
