It is close to the terminal and port. Everything is working.

Wifi couldn’t reach the 6th floor. It affected my work. Also, one staff was rude and in a hurry when I asked him about something. He answered briefly and put the phone down first, as if, he was disinterested in assisting a client.

Location,location for me the best location within the city. Walking distance to almost everything: church, restaurant,mercury drugs,St. Patrick Polymedic clinic, terminal Mcdo, fruit stand and the city plaza. Lodge is clean and safe.

Something to make sure upon checking out; the details of what supposed to be your extra bills. It happened that I called ahead to ask how much I owe them? I was told Php1550. I only asked extra pillow that would cost 50. Upon checking out, I asked the summary what was the charges are for? I was told ahhh wait. Its only 50 Mam! 1500 is 1500 if I don't ask. Though, everybody made a mistake

Front desk (female) is not nice to be with.. a lil bit strict and moody.. one of the essential character a front desk must posses are the following: - Warm and Welcoming - means a friendly demeanor and genuine smile can instantly create a positive first impression. - Patience and Tolerance - means the ability to remain calm and composed, even in stressful situations.

the lodge is centrally located in the city proper, just walking distance to the plaza, market, church, fast food and mall.

The lodge did not give us senior citizen's discount on the flimsy ground that we booked on line. the lodge should have given us SC discount whether booked online or in person, so sad.

Great location for ferry and bus terminal. A nice sea front with lots of places to eat. We only stayed one night en route somewhere else but served its purpose and was good value for money.

This hotel is always spotlessly clean. The wifi is good. The location is close to the pier. McDonald's in on the same block.

It's very basic. Street noise is audible during the day even on the sixth floor. The hot water in the shower wouldn't work due to low water pressure.

Perfect location, near the port, nice cafes and the plaza for walking. The staff was always so helpful and even accommodated a room change. The air con, space available, furniture, etc. depends a lot on the room booked, so it's hard to tell. I found the bed very comfy, the shower good and had a good stay.

Good location. Close to shops and various food chains. Near the Port. You get vakue for your money/m. Will def book this hotel again.

Everything is so convenient being that it is near to the Pier and neat to so many shops and malls
