The swimming pool was amazing, the room very comfy and the view on the sea beautiful. The staff was very helpful. The room was cleaned every day, and the sheets changed every two days. Not far from Evdilos, but you still need a car.

Some rooms have a view on the sea, but the hotel is on a national road with quite some noise during the night. The ventilation in the bathroom was very noisy. The swimming pool was not perfectly cleaned. You cannot swim in the beach nearby: it is too dangerous. But very nice for a walk. The kitchen is a bit too basic and too small to be able to cook on an every day basis.

We visited Ikaria for the first time. It was a dream trip. Kerame is one of the few accessible hotels on the island. But not all facilities are accessible... I did like the view, near the center, I did like the staff and the owner, they were polite, even though we had an argument.

I didn't like that I chose that hotel for the pool (for the windy days), and the wheelchair couldn't reach this space. I also couldn't go with the wheelchair to the breakfast area.

My room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the pool area. It was quiet, the perfect place to rest and relax.

It wasn't until my second day there that I became aware of the fact that the restaurant was temporarily closed. With the location being 1.6km away from the village and without a car, the need to walk in the blistering heat to go and eat was quite a trial. My room had one of those hand-held shower heads, which I hate. In order to boil the kettle, I had to unplug the fridge.

Staff are extremely helpful and polite. The hotel and the rooms are exceptionally clean. Room service and housekeeping service are great!. Breakfast is delicious. The location is good very close to the port and centre. Restaurants are nearby. Hotel Kerame would be the best place to stay in the island.

I liked everything and do not have any point to say for development.

The hotel is beautiful and just like the pictures online. The clean rooms and also balconies are very spacious. The pool area is stunning and this, as well as the restaurant, which both overlook the sea, have breathtaking views. I couldn’t believe it was this lovely for the price we paid, very impressive. The hotel staff (mainly Thalia) were very helpful and friendly. They even helped us to get to a local festival one day, definitely going the extra mile! My husband works in customer service and I’m in L&D for operations and we were both very pleased with the service from this hotel. It’s a short walk to and from Evdilos with amazing views and we enjoyed the exercise as we work mostly from home now. We will definitely be returning to this fabulous and idilic place.

We had a pleasant stay at Kerame. Our room was nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. Open buffet breakfast served at the restaurant was really good. The location of the hotel is perfect, it's only a few minutes drive to the centre and there is a beautiful, non-organized beach across the road, which is easily accessible. Staff was friendly and helpful. My children loved the pool. The scenery from the pool area and the restaurant is amazing. Parking was also easy.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, enjoyable, friendly, quiet neighbourhood, helpful and informative service is exceptional. Located perfectly close to your stunning port. The restaurant has stunning views and exceptional staff, the cook went above and beyond to cater for vegetarian dishes. The pool is wonderful and the pool area is very attractive. We loved the slow pace of life here.

Parking is a little tricky and tight. We had quite a bit of noise at night coming up from the reception area.

I have come to Kerame with my family and also twice with my children (now 3.5 and 7.5 years old) we love Ikaria and we love Kerame. It is a perfect family hotel (watch the steps though!) with pool and terraces off the room. The staff are so kind. Great breakfast and very good food in the little terrace that we can eat on our terrace (big bonus with small kids) we will come back every year! Love from Syros!

I highly recommend the breakfast. Food was fresh and a large selection. The staff were very nice and accommodating. There is parking on location (limited) and on the street.

Not a negative comment, but more a heads up. There is only one washer/dryer combo. Staff has large drying racks available by request and you have a smaller one installed on the balcony. It is coin operated.

The location was fantastic, calm but also close to the town of Evdilos. The view was spectacular. The pool was also nice, but little bit cold. The patio was huge. Cleaning was also excellent.

Breakfast could be improved - 8 days literally the same. Pool opening hours 11-19 is not enough.
