The location and ambient are perfect, as well as the staff. The hotel is nicely designed, so are it's surroundings. The lake view is gorgeous, you can enjoy it from your terrace. The hotel is 5 minutes away from Kastoria by car, and has a huge parking.

The mattress in our double bed was dented in the middle and way too soft, I had to sleep in the kid's bed. Breakfast was not tasty, almost everything was stale, even the eggs; I was expecting more fresh produce from a 5-star hotel. Generally, the hotel would benefit from a renovation.

The rooms are big with amazing lake views from the room and balcony. The staff's service is excellent and all are very friendly (special thanks to George). The Swimming pool is great with nice bar and seating area, and within 5 minutes’ drive, you’ll be in the center of Kastoria.

The only comment concerns the lack of air conditioning in the public areas of the hotel (the air conditioning in the rooms works great). When we stayed it was 38 degrees

The view from the room window was stunning! We were upgraded to Junior suit at no cost. The hotel also has outdoor pool that is open during summer months. The location is good if you come by car - the city is up to 10 minutes drive away.

There are multiple buildings where rooms are located so you might need to get out of your building to go to the restaurant (which is not that big of a deal, unless it is raining) or to go to spa (which is inconvenient). The spa was available at extra charge, which was underwhelming, considering the price per night we paid, and that the fact that it was off-season. There was another hotel that was right across the street, on the lake bank, that was demolished. It would be good if if the debris was not left just left there.

The room and the bathroom were a large size. A very clean room and balcony and outdoor furniture. The location was excellent. It is on the outskirts of Kastoria,with plenty of parking , much better as you don't have to navigate small narrow hilly roads. If you have a car, this is the perfect location. The breakfast room was fabulous, spacious and a large variety of food.

The room was very clean, they upgraded our choice with a room with lake view, which was very nice. Breakfast was great, many different things too choose from, everything was well prepared and very tasty. We ate our lunch at the hotel's restaurant, it was again very nice, the service was exceptional. The staff were very polite and willing to help us with anything we needed. The pool was big, there was a separate pool for the children, everything was very clean. Overall the facilities were exceptional.

Some people did not respect the rules and used the pool for dives, nobody told them not to do that. This was dangerous both for them and also for anyone inside the pool, especially the children.

The resort is beautiful! The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The spa was worth a nice massage.

The restaurant hours are a little inconvenient, especially if you are not a breakfast eater, it doesn’t open until 2. But go into town, there are fabulous restaurants to eat there!!

A great idea for a short getaway before heading to the Ionian coast. Kastoria has incredible charm and feels like an oasis of peace. If you have the time, be sure to visit the Dragon’s Cave! The hotel itself is excellent. The restaurant has a fantastic chef! The rooms are spacious, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. This will definitely be our choice again the next time we travel toward the Ionian Sea.

Clean and overall nice resort.

Can't say that we didn't like it but we see some aspects to highlight as sugesstions. Despite the multiple choices on the breakfast nothing was extraordinary ... mainly commercial food. Coffee wasn't good either. Extra cost for using spa. Not very clear indication were to find the reception, in fact there are two receptions and of course we reached first to the wrong one :)

Amazing breakfast with lots of choices. They had a great gym that was available anytime. The pool area was pretty, overlooking the lake. Loved my baloncy overlooking the lake.

I would add some plant-based milk for those who don't like or prefer cow's milk. Create a smoking section--it was hard to relax at the pool with so much cigarette smoke blowing my way. The hotel was 3 miles out of town so without a car, it was tricky. It would be nice to have some kind of daily shuttle to town.
