We had a wonderful stay at the Turquoise Pyramids Palace! We spent a full week there and were very sad to leave. The hotel director and every member of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay special. Our family room was spacious and had a big terrace. The hotel will clean your room every day, but you have to request it at reception as the staff won't enter your room without your permission. The hotel's garden and pool area were the absolute highlight for us. Everything is beautifully maintained, and you will see the hotel staff throughout the day watering and taking care of the outdoor space, making it a true oasis. We spent almost all evenings there enjoying food, freshly pressed juices and of course shisha! We would absolutely recommend the Turquoise Pyramids and would definitely stay there if we were to visit Cairo again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and gives a sense of comfort and elegance. The food was fresh and delicious, offering a good experience throughout my stay. I would like also to extend my sincere appreciation to Sahar, Kenzy, Sama , Habiba and Essam at the reception. Their politeness, kindness, and responsiveness truly enhanced the experience—they were always ready to assist with a smile. My gratitude also goes to Mr. Mohamed, the manager and to Chef Rania. Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable. Will definitely come again.

Beautiful surroundings and lovely staff. It was very good value for money. Uber is cheap to get around. There is a large food court nearby. Security guard was lovely and friendly. Air-conditioning and WiFi all worked well. Was given a free late checkout which was great to be able to shower before leaving for the airport.

A few little improvements would make this hotel a 5* * kettle and tea/coffee in room * improve food service (waited an hour for breakfast, which wasn't worth the wait). We took to walking along the road for breakfast. Maybe offer a continental breakfast of toast, jam coffee/juice? * pool area is lovely but needs some sunbeds and umbrellas. Also, the man cleaned the bottom of the pool daily but needs to net the top as well. * Huge room but nothing in it. Would be better with a dressing table and mirror. *needs new mattress.

This is one of the remarkable hotels in Giza. Its garden is beautiful with an amazing seating arrangement for food and coffee. The pool also adds to its beauty. Above all, the hotel staff was fantastic. From the gate security to the receptionist and the helping staff, assistants, etc, all of them were kind, friendly, and cooperative. They accommodated us according to our demands. The price per night is also reasonable according to its scenic beauty and location. We stayed there for one night but we wish to stay there for a long time. The lady at the coffee shop was very polite and friendly. The food was delicious, whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They have good serving pe meal. The ambience of the hotel is appealing. There are many options for photography, especially for the romantic people. We highly recommend this hotel for tourists, especially if a person wants to stay at a very neat, clean, calm and beautiful place. It was worth paying.

Exceptional Hospitality and Prompt Maintenance Service at Truqoise Pyramid Palace I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel I must say, my experience exceeded all expectations, thanks to the exceptional service provided by staff members Essam Sama and Mohammed. From the moment I arrived, Essam and Mohammead made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. Their warm personalities and genuine care for my comfort and needs truly enhanced my stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed to make my stay enjoyable, from helpful tips on local attractions to promptly responding to any requests I had. Furthermore, I was impressed by the hotel's maintenance service. Any issues that arose during my stay were promptly addressed and fixed with efficiency, thanks to the quick action of the dedicated maintenance team. It was evident that the staff takes pride in maintaining the hotel to the highest standards, creating a truly comfortable and hassle-free environment for guests.

This is my 7th week staying at the hotel, just over 44 days and it's become my home away from home. The manager Mr Salah is an exceptional human being, the receptionists try their best to understand me, Miss Shahat is amazing and all the staff look after me like their own mother, especially Ahmed. Even the waiters, security , maintenance staff and everyone has become family to me. Yes it's not 5 star, but it's comfortable and they go out of their way to try to give me everything I need.

Better mattresses would be great, as well as a little work table and chair in the room. It would have been great if I was shown the family room in the beginning when I continuously asked as I would have booked it immediately for 3 months. Unfortunately it's not available anymore. Perhaps the reception staff can be trained with English, this would certainly help alot and prevent unnecessary issues. They do make up for their shortcomings though which is why I will still stay here and recommend it to others.

This is my 3rd month staying at the hotel, just over 63 days now. It has become my Home away from Home and business hub in the humanitarian field I work in. Mr Salah the manager is an exceptional human being and the receptionists have really improved their interaction with me. Miss Shahat is amazing and everyone tries to help me as best as they can. The cleaning staff , maintenance team and waiters are absolutely wonderful too, especially Ahmed. It's not 5 star but they do try. The location is good.

Honestly I wish they had shown me 602 when I asked, so I could have booked it in advance. I really need a, better mattress, bathroom, couch and a desk to work on. It would have been great if they had self catering apartments with a fridge, microwave and mini stove and a better menu at the restaurant. If they provided the above, I would definitely stay another 3 months but sadly I need to move to an apartment now.

Beautiful ambience, most staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel accommodated my need to store my cooler bags. They do try their best to help with your requests. Location is good and central to where we need to be. We initially planned to stay only 8 nights and a month in Nasr City after, but this feels a little like home away from home and I've decided to stay here the full 5 weeks. Omar at reception is absolutely phenomenal. He tries his best to help with everything I need . As a recovering paraplegic, I was surprised that I did manage the stairs.

Very limited wifi access, I struggled with connection for online teaching. Would be great to have a bath tub in some rooms and perhaps a massage and beauty spa. However even without these we will definitely return.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about this mini resort. The way everything is arranged, from the huge garden, to the outdoor swimming pool, the bar service, the staff everything is just great. I been living in this hotel for a month and honestly I never had any issues but good surprises. Whenever I am entering the resort I am greeted with smiley faces and beautiful cats! Say Hi to Omar and the rest of the staff from me. Room service is always available which is great.

There’s really nothing particularly that I didn’t like , just keep it up guys you are doing a job 👏

I recently stayed at the Turquoise Pyramids Palace Hotel and had an overall pleasant experience, with a few minor drawbacks. The room size was perfect, providing ample space to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The layout was thoughtfully designed, ensuring comfort and convenience with plenty of storage and a cosy seating area. However, it's worth noting that some rooms appeared a bit run down and could use some renovation to match the rest of the hotel's standards. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which significantly enhanced our stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk team was always eager to assist with any inquiries or requests (especially Mahomed). Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, ensuring the room was clean and well-stocked with essentials every day. However, there was a slight issue with timekeeping. Some services, like: setting our breakfast , tended to run a bit late, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite this, the staff's friendliness and the overall quality of the hotel made up for it. Overall, the combination of a spacious, comfortable room and the attentive, friendly staff made my stay at the Turquoise Pyramids Palace Hotel truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, keeping in mind the small hiccup with timing. It’s a wonderful place that ensures a memorable stay.
