Normal Scandic, everything ok, but nothing fancy. Location is good.

The locks of the room doors have defects: The first room we got was really bad, it worked quite randomly. We tested about 10 times and maybe 3 times it opened. We changed the room and it was better but not perfect over there either. Parking garage is fine, it is just too complicated to go there: You need to get some app and click it when driving in. The system should just recognize the register number and the fee should be allowed to pay in the reception as default. We needed to ask about the payment in the reception and we got we poor guidance.

We booked a room with 2 full beds not realizing that wouldn't work for our family of 3. The reception staff were so helpful and we were able to stay in a room with a sofabed that made our stay much more comfortable.

That we didn't have a chance to use the sauna - we were with family in the evenings so the opening hours didn't work for us. Also the bathrooms could use an upgrade ;-)

Breakfast was a standard Scandinavian experience, with people coming and going to eat, but never too crowded or short on anything. The room was small, minimalistic but nice, all that I needed to have a good night's sleep.

booked room cleaning through the CH Scandic website but no room cleaning was done. That was a bit annoying since I wanted clean towels. Also, some trash piled up in the bin. But all my complaints are mostly related to room cleaning.

The room was comfortable and spacious. It must have been a special accessible room, because the beds had electronic controls. We had a lovely view out onto the street, with trees in their autumn foliage. The restaurant in the old basement/wine cellar – Sarah's – was very good.

The bathroom was an accessible bathroom, so it was practical but not very glamorous.

Location is excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Room was good. Car parking was good.

My room was not cleaned next day. I do not know why they did not clean it! This should be improved. Car parking is slightly expensive (should have been around 100 SEK per day).

Reception/restaurant area has been beautifully decorated. Huge choice of selection for breakfast, great quality food. Two fans in the room to cool down.

Rooms are very basic, don’t match the reception area decor standards. Windows in bathroom was very hard to open.

Very clean, modern, nicely designed and comfortable rooms. Amazing breakfast. Close to everything!

Check-in times are really late in the day (16:00), so by the time you can finally check in there is a massive queue of people who are also dying to finally check in.

Perfect location, just a block away from the central train station och Musikhuset. Effectively furnitured room. The breakfast included all to be expected; well prepared and the staff was on their toes to bring out more when the plates were emptied.

Location first and foremost as we were there to attend the first Atlas Rock. It was our 1st trip to Sweden so it needed to be as easy as possible to get to where we needed to go and it was. Staff was super nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We plan to stay there every year for Atlas Rock or any trip in that area.

It’s not a matter of something we didn’t like but we didn’t hear from housekeeping any during our stay. Did we ask? No. We were able to get couple needed extra towels. Would that keep us from going back? No! I’m sure had we asked, they would’ve come. We just noticed we didn’t have that annoying knock everyday “housekeeping” … 🤣

Great stay. Very comfortable,best facilities in the room, fantastic breakfast and excellent location.
