When we stay at Best Western hotels always welcome feel safe and well satisfied. The staff do there utmost to helpthe customer. Hard working people. The breakfast was great and the bread is to die for. Even the parking is just round the corner. A very spacious car park. A good hotel to go back to. The room was clean. Very good desk. With tea/coffee maker. Very good lighting.

Receptionist was lovely and friendly. Rooms were really clean. Beds were really comfortable.

Would have preferred milk with the tea and coffee facilities in the room - not just creamer. The breakfast always felt like they were rationing the portions. We turned the radiator right down overnight but it seemed to be overridden so we had to open the window.

Good location in a quiet street a few minutes walk from the main square and city centre. Excellent staff on reception - welcoming, friendly and efficient. Good selection of hot and cold choices at breakfast. Rooms and bathroom are small but well planned with good use made of the space.

Great location, good for hiking, great historical architecture, shopping possibilities just next to the hotel. There was an issue with documents left in reception, but hotel staff were so nice to solved the problem by sending the documents to may home address free of charge.

The hotel itself was a good deal for the price. Nothing special, but that was what we expected: a decent, comfortable stay. What surprised us was the friendlyness and dedication of the woman at the reception. She was working very hard the evening we checked in and still very nice to us, even though she must've been tired.

The breakfast was very nice, plenty of choice, The staff were really friendly.especially the lady at breakfast who was always singing, and the lady who helped me with the computer

there wasnt much choice on the menu in the restaurant for the dinner menu

Room a little dated. Hate shower curtains as they cling to you. Hairdrier did not work but had no time to ask for repair. The shared iron should be a steam iron most clothes need more than a dry iron and it would cost very little more.

Hotel in the middle of the town, close to the river and the park. Nice room with very comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. Room was clean. We found a very good pizza place 3 minutes away. We traveld with our dog. There was a dogbed, a water and food bowl and extra goodies in the room.

For the money this was a good hotel, the bar was well stocked and staff attentive

Breakfast was only okay, and provided for Euroepan customers (in Sweden so okay with that) bed was poor, and a bit small

The luxurious suite is very nice. It has n own spa and tv screen in every room on which you can connect to with usb/hmdi. Perfect if you plan is to just stay in the room.

We ordered two cocktail downs at the bar ( White Russians) they were quiet expensive for the quality of drink we got.
