Rooms - spacious, modern a lot of electrical sockets in all kinds or shapes. Water provided in a huge recyclable canister big enough for several people. Hotel - modern and simply beautiful Bathroom - amazing amenities and waterpressure from heaven F&B - friendly well trained staff even at night Absolute Highlight: Breakfast!! Might not have the biggest buffet I’ve ever seen but the quality of provided options, the impeccable presentation and the service personell! Worth every peso you might pay more at other places. Absolute recommendation

Location might be a little off with not too much in walking distance. The quality of the hotel makes up for this tenfold

We enjoyed our stay at this newer hotel. The room was new and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and linens and was cleaned and replenished with towels and coffee daily. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the service was over the top! The gym and pool were new and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Just a minor maintenance issue, the shower drain was slow to drain and caused water to overflow on the bathroom floor.

Room was good and big also I liked the location too. Swimming pool also good and big plus they have parking space too. Hotel was also accessible as its on the main road. Breakfast was also good.

Behaviour of some hotel staff ad they start judging their guests. Lift was also bit shaky, I don't know the reason maybe still construction work is going on that's why but it was bit scary when you use lift.

What can I say? It was perfekt! The Room has everything that everyone needs, really comfortable and a nice design. The Personal was really professional, respectful and kind (makes you feel that you are a guest from Downtown Abbey). The Hotel looks really good, the pool, the gym and the common areas are immaculate (really clean). And the best of the best, the Breakfast (5*) That breakfast ist something.

Everything is really good!

I absolutely loved how inviting the lobby smelled the moment I stepped into the hotel—it created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room we booked was fantastic, especially with the added convenience of a kitchenette, which was fully stocked with all the necessary utensils. It truly made our stay more comfortable and homey!

My only wish is that the pool was heated, which would have made the experience even better.

The room was clean and good. Supplies like 4 liters of water was there already. Utensils and ref was ready if your wanted to cook. I remember my hotel in Netherlands because of the aroma when I entered the room.

The quality speaks for the price. I paid for one adult to have a continental breakfast, and I was surprised that it cost 20% (Php 1,200.oo) of the room price. Nonetheless, it was a sumptuous meal.

Staff, cleanliness

1. Front desk does not respond to inquiries timely in digital world. 2. Front desk Manger has a high and mighty attitude. Not humble. Not guest priority oriented. She was extremely slow to address my concerns albeit she had no guests in front of her. She gave the impression I was not worth her time. 3. No hot water in sink 4. No wash cloth

The sink did not have hot water, the room door was not very sound proof and let in light from the hallway

Best breakfast in the Philippines' hotel Superb good shower. Most places in pH have disappointing shower cabins. But this is a good exception.

Location is a bit off. No view through the window, no balcony and the windows are either fogged or it is special glass etc. Cannot see a thing. Bit pricey but overall quality is very good.

In our room there was no fridge -but we had a water dispenser . The location may not suit everyone as it is not in the centre of town but it was very close to arts district which was fantastic for me
