I like the location, for the most part staff was very friendly and helpful.. especially Heiner, he was extremely courteous and helpful. The bar tender, Pedro made some of the best mojitos I had in Peru.

At the restaurant, the staff could be more attentive and friendly. They could benefit from some coaching.

Decent buffet breakfast with everything you would normally expect. The hotel is popular with locals who come for breakfast or brunch so there is actually quite a few people there and a nice atmosphere.

The pool was closed for maintenance which was a pain as we we were planning on a pool day.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. The rooms are modern and spacious, the water pressure in the shower is perfect and the breakfast options are amazing!

We stayed in a spacious & quiet 2 room king suite.

The hotel is located a bit far from Plaza de Armas. Another annoyance was that we had to call twice for maintenance for the cable TV.

Personal at the lobby and entrance are very nice, hotel is very clean and the room was excellent. Very good location.

Service at the restaurant could be much better. I had to return my past twice because was undercook after waiting 20 minutes each time, so at the end was tired of waiting and left without having dinner. For freakfast my order who also took around 20 minutes to come, was served cold and it was not even what I ordered, so left without eating.

Brand new hotel. Big comfortable rooms/bed with white linens. Hot water. Great restaurant.

The stay was amazing. The hotel is new (opened in February/2022). All facilities impecables. Quiet room with lots of space. Bed with pillows and first-class mattress. Bathroom with all necessary supplies.

The trip was short. My stay only lasted three days. and nothing else.
