Our room was beautiful with gorgeous picture canvases. It was an end room with a view, probably an upgrade. It had two sinks, a large bar, a spacious sitting area, an updated bathroom with multiple shower heads, and a comfy bed with lots of pillows. We didn't use the pool, but it was nice and large with stonework around it, pulled straight from the surrounding riverbed. The burrito for breakfast was huge and delicious!

The 730 breakfast start was quite late for us.

Our room was so nice, very clean and comfortable. We used the jacuzzi and checked out the pool….. wonderful! Loved the ducks in the pool, too. Lol Just decoys but a cute idea, couldn’t help but smile and laugh over those. The receptionist at the front desk was friendly, courteous, and very helpful! Wonderful staff.

No free prime rib dinner! Lol Truthfully everything was great!

Great location to Sun Valley as well as dining and shopping in Ketchum. Clean room.

Poorly advertised fireplace. It had a glow light and a tiny 3” blue flame. Nothing cozy about it. Tried to get someone to look at it and struggled to have front desk acknowledge it. Finally did have maintenance come and they said that was how it should be set. Trying to save on gas or safety feature, I don’t know. But definitely wouldn’t advertise that as a fireplace when you’re going for cozy mountain vibe.

The room that we got was very comfortable like a mini apartment with everything you need plus a fireplace. The location is the best and around everything in Ketchum. Will recommend it

While I was charged breakfast for two mornings, I received for only one. The property doesnt have breakfast and it is through some other business next door which is closed on sunday. It should be clearly mentioned in the App so Booking/BW do not charge extra money and never return.

There were no breakfast options in the hotel but down the road. Wasn’t the best but it worked. Very nice hotel staff and helpful etc

Maybe a place to lock our mt. Bikes instead of leaving on our trucks. So easy for people to back into them or take stuff.

Exceptionally clean. The housekeepers were also very personable always smiling and wishing us a good day.

When I booked it was 2 rooms including breakfast. When we checked in there was some confusion about this. We were eventually given 3 vouchers for the cafe next door. We were able to get breakfast 2 days, but on the third day discovered the cafe was closed on Sunday. This was a bit of an inconvenience since that was the morning we were leaving and we had planned on an early departure before a long drive. When I mentioned it at checkout the desk person just said, oh yes, they're closed on Sunday, I don't know why they gave you vouchers.

Breakfast was 10$ vouchers for cafe next door. It had a decent menu and the vouchers covered most of the meal. Great location in town and lots of parking. We stayed 3 nights but didn't opt for room cleaning during the stay. Plenty of towels for the stay.

It's not exactly quiet between rooms and hallway noise, but that's fairly normal.

Our rooms were near the laundry room, and our room shook from the machine vibration. I thought there was an earthquake. No breakfast is available on Sundays.. They (booking.com will not allow me to say the other BIG thing)

Staff was great. Our room was ready so we checked in early. I went to the pool at 7 am not realizing it didn't open till 9. The gal at the front desk opened it early so I could use it.

Breakfast was supposed to be included but we did not know where to go to get breakfast.
