Room and other areas were clean and neat. Front desk staff was happy and helpful. Location was great.

Breakfast was just okay and the same every day (4) we were there. A little change would have been nice, like bacon instead of sausage every day and maybe have some yogurt available. Folded omelettes instead of scrabbled eggs every day. Also, when we came back to our room one afternoon, the door was wide open and no one was in there. The room had been cleaned, but the door was left open. Luckily all of our stuff was still there.

Loved the breakfast and the well appointed room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location in Hailey was great and I would recommend for other travelers looking to stay in the area. I liked the fire going in the lobby and option for a pool and gym (though I didn't use either).

The parking lot is used for local construction or power company and is filled overnight with their trucks. They are gone promptly in the morning, but ... There are signs the hotel doesn't take any responsibility for theft but seems like they are inviting additional companies and people to get involved.

Warm indoor pool that also had some pool toys for the kids. The staff were very friendly and the check in process was easy. There is a long window of time to get breakfast and the pool opens early. For those staying longer, there is a grocery store with a Starbucks across the street.

The only critique I have is that the eggs were not good and tasted like powdered eggs.

The pool and hot tub were amazing! It was super clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the location as well! It’s super close to bike paths, grocery stores, and so much more.

The workout room was really small and couldn’t accommodate more than 1 person/group at a time. It was also very limited on what you could do in there. Breakfast was small but everything tasted great.

Super helpful staff! We liked everything about the hotel, the furnishings were elegant and comfortable. The location was quiet being a little off of the main road! Our stay was very enjoyable!

Not a thing! Everything was neat and clean. The breakfast was very well presented and the variety of food items more than adequate! We liked the quiet and elegant atmosphere.

Very nice accommodation in the beautiful Wood River Valley. Good parking, easy to find. Good staff that speaks English well. Very modern and well furnished with many amenities. Easy check-in with good English-speaking desk personnel.

I cannot think of much--no complementary wine in my room? Maybe more fresh fruit at the complementary breakfast? This is a very nice accommodation!

Good location, affordable. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were down. The Steam room is great, although it has to be started from cold and takes too long.

Pillows are a little hard. Towels are not as big or soft as I would like. Steam room staying on all evening would be very nice to enjoy.

Not much around the area. Kind of wish we had stayed closer to Ketchum, but this hotel was more in our price range than anything I found over there. Staff seemed a bit frantic at times, and disengaged at others.

There were lots of positives about our stay: breakfast was very good, staff were helpful, location was good, and the bed was super comfortable.

There were no chairs in our room except an uncomfortable armless desk chair. A reading chair or a place to sit and watch TV would improve the room. Also we had a hard time getting the wifi to stay connected, it was very sporadic.

This is a modern and beautifully decorated facility. They provide lots of USB ports, always a plus. It is not located directly on the highway so it was quiet. My room had an excellent view of the evening light on the mountains.

Breakfast was listed as 6:30 to 9:30. It wasn’t open at 7 as I departed.
