Breakfast is all homemade and one of the best ones. We went for a ski trip and the location is unbeatable either the free bus stop just behind the hotel. We also walked to the restaurants and everywhere else.

The people in the room were super loud the first night (we had a connection door between both rooms, so probably that is why we could hear them and their tv so much).

Can be loud at night (poor soundproofing). The bed next to window got really cold at night (we were there in winter). Breakfast was very basic.

The Hotel Ketchum location is perfectly situated in town to allow for walking throughout the city. The room was very well done, comfortable and clean. The lobby had a wonderful sitting area with great decor, a fireplace and comfortable seating. The daily breakfast bar was well stocked with a variety of items and fresh fruit and friendly service. I would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay was lovely but I would have liked easier access to the higher floors. There is an elevator but we were staying on the third floor so it was a little cumbersome. Not a huge deal.

Do not rent a highway facing (west side) room due to a loose manhole cover that clangs each time a car hits it. Kept us awake!!

Rooms were modern, updated, and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent location downtown within walking distance to all bars and restaurants. We had a large well-trained pup with us and the pet fee was reasonable. I see a lot of bad reviews here for their breakfast, but they must have overhauled it cause breakfast was excellent. Eggs and bacon, or french toast and sausage (alternated each day) along with hot oat meal (not instant) with all the toppings, toast, bagels, dry cereal, juice, milk, yogurt, & good coffee. would come back here again.

This isn’t set up well for remote workers - internet kept dropping out. I complained and was told the IT department was trying to fix it. Internet was much better the next day. They have a nice lobby to work out of with a large table upstairs in their “library” room - but there were no outlets for our laptops in the library.

The location was perfect and the room on the ground floor was great. They have large rooms with a table and two chair plus a nice chair and lamp to relax in.

The first two nights and mornings I. Oils hear the toilet flush and shower easily. The next night I closed the door with solves the problem for the most part. I could hear the toilet but barely.

Hotel Ketchum was fantastic! Perfect location with easy access to downtown and right along the bus route to the slopes- made getting around super easy! The breakfast every morning was also delicious and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to come back!

Breakfast was plentiful and served in a cute cafe-like location. The fitness center (while small) had what I needed including a Peloton bike. There were lots of great restaurant options all within walking distance.

Housekeeping tried to enter a few times while I was resting. I forgot to put the DND sign out but I couldn't figure out what they were wanting to come in for as the room was clean. Once I put the DND sign on the door, they didn't bother me again.

Great location short drive to Sun Valley Resort. Walking distance to multiple restaurants & businesses. Nice room though I booked premium room so that was expected.

Breakfast was disappointing all three mornings. Hours were from 7-10, went in about 8-9 each day. First morning, no fruit or yogurt. Only a 3-4 servings at best of scrambled eggs scrawny bacon only warm options. Had bagels and such, very little if any juices available. Was told by employee they had a busy weekend thus running out of food midweek. So why didn’t they re-supply? Aren’t midweek guest important? Second day had greasy sausage and eggs again, noted some yogurts but still no fruit. Third morning noted a 3rd item some potatoes, but then only a serving or two left by 9am. Also just a couple pieces of burnt sausage, I asked for more but once again told there was no more, yet they still had an hour to go!

Recently remodel motel with friendly staff and nice continental breakfast. Easy access to nearby bars and restaurants and only a short taxi ride from the Sun Valley airport.
