Very clean, unique decor, nice amenities and actually did more than "we're not cleaning your room" to be sustainable. Examples: No paper or plastic plates/utensils for complimentary breakfast Real glass and coffee mugs in room Loved the skier-focused amenities(bands& yoga mat in room), ski lockers. Breakfast was good and loved how it was served.

The bikes and rower in the gym required your (customer) personal peloton account, so you couldn't use that specific equipment as a guest. There were other types of equipment though btw. The Jacuzzi was warm, not hot. Great hotel overall and would recommend.

Room was clean and well stocked location is great. Front desk staff was great. Easy check-in and out.

Breakfast 7-10 am. both mornings went down to eat at 9:00 am. Very little food left , out of many items. what was left to eat, ( very little ) was stone cold had to use microwave to heat up the ( Hot Breakfast ). also was informed at check-in the pool was open till 11:00pm. At 7:00pm after changing into our suits and going to the pool. Roped off for repairs, I guess mgt forgot to inform front desk. Not a good start to our stay.

Friendly, clean and well appointed. Very comfortable motor inn located conveniently in the middle of Hailey. This was our second time here and we were equally happy both times. The included breakfast was remarkably diverse with a bunch of cooked options as well as standard motel breakfast fare. The room was nice and large but would have benefited from some art on the wall or something.

The breakfast choices I wanted ran out early but all looked good.

The breakfast was good. I liked the convenience and selection of food. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. We really enjoyed hanging out at the pool.

The beds were not super comfy. There was a lot of noise at very early hours of the morning from the plow trucks outside. No room cleaning for a 4 night stay. They should do a cleaning service after 2 nights.

Breakfast was good. Didn't really care for being served by someone that didn't understand English very well. Food was good and there was plenty of options. Receptionist was very pleasant to talk to and helped find a place for dinner.

No local television stations. Not used to the way the television worked and took a while to figure it out. Guess I'm not as tech savvy as I thought.

Spacious, comfortable room and beds; Large mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker; lots of breakfast options, you won't go hungry. Walking distance to everything in Hailey and not a far drive to anything in Sun Valley.

I could hear voices in the neighboring room and the foot stomping as they walked back and forth in the room. At 11 pm at night, it kept me from falling asleep until it stopped.

Really impressed with this hotel, comfy large room with a great view. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of dairy free options - Anna was so welcoming & helpful on what I could have. All the staff were friendly, smooth check in & Michael (I think?) has good knowledge of the local trails. Thank you!

Only tiny point is that I'd have loved to used the pool before breakfast, but unfortunately they open at the same time (I guess because of the layout).

- Very nice renovated hotel - Pool, hot tub, and lobby were very nice - Games in lobby - Ski lockers - Area to wax your skis - We had a rental car with no scraper. They had ice scrapers to borrow - Superb breakfast. Rises above typical hotel breakfast. Great cinnamon rolls and breakfast burritos! - Had a lot of nice artwork throughout the property. - This is not a chain. Hotel had a lot of character.

- Stubbed our toes about 50 times on the bed legs - One of the kitchen/breakfast staff seemed super grumpy all of the time

Pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was based on the price. Staff was pleasant. Hot tub pool were very nice and next to each other. The breakfast was killer. Lots and of choices for everyone including vegetarian and gluten free folks. Across the street are very good restaurants. 15 minutes to ski hill.

Hot tub could be larger.

This is our favorite hotel in the Mountain West.

We love everything about this hotel-the decor, the staff, the easy parking, the pool & hot tub, & the hot breakfasts. We sat around the fire pit after dinner tonight. It was clear & quiet & the stars were bright & sparkling.
