The rooms were comfy and spacious. The beds were cozy and they provided an extra blanket, which was nice if you didn't want to use the big comforter. The room had a ceiling fan, which was great! Loved how they also left out snacks and water in the hallways. The shower was great and loved the addition of bath salts for your bath. And they were pet friendly! :)

The food could be better. The breakfast was meh...and dinner was just okay. Also, I feel like the a/c unit in our room didn't work very well. It was a bit stuffy in our room, but luckily we had a ceiling fan and we could open our balcony door to let it cool off in the room a bit.

Excellent hotel and stay! We chose it from the pictures on the internet. We wanted a luxury experience and we weren't disappointed. From the staff, the room, to the luxury linens, it's just a great experience overall. The only thing I would like the hotel to change is to include some less fluffy pillows. The ones they have are very plump and I found it hard to sleep. I didn't think to bring my own. Otherwise, a perfect stay. Oh and the restaurant is not to be missed. Delicious!

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I cannot think of anywhere I have stayed which such friendly staff. The room was large and the location was convenient. Nice touches such as having snacks available on each floor (and cookies in the lobby).

The breakfast could use some help. I pretty good range of options, but, e.g., the oatmeal could be hot as opposed to warm.

Awesome customer service from all staff ,members , always very friendly and helpful .We were able to be dropped off at each ski lift and picked up with minimal delay smaller hotel so staff get to know you very quiet , set back from main rd 10 min walk to centre of town along a footpath Fantastic restaurant on premises so dont have to go out after a day skiing lovely warm pool and spa after a hard day on slopes Ski hire is 3 min walk away

Breakfast Ok but should be better at this pricepoint

Breakfast was very good, but the layout isn't perfect. The buffet is quite nice with fruits, yogurt, granola, porridge, a revolving special pastry, juices and champagne available. Eggs and other hot items can be ordered as desired. Service can be spotty. I think there was short staffing on Sunday morning. Items on buffet weren't replenished, napkins and cutlery not always available and the hot water canister was out of service. The hot items are well done and in generous portions. Breakfast is definitely a good bonus of the overall nightly charge.

Beautiful resort, really clean, quite and clean.

Waited a long time this morning for someone to come get my breakfast order, but finally left with some granola and a muffin. The first morning was the same, but did wait that time. There was only 1 person there so I couldn’t understand what was taking so long.

Grounds were kept and rooms were clean. front desk staff was extremely friendly and pleasant! House keepers were also very nice! The snacks and beverages in the hallways were awesome!

I honestly thought the breakfast would be a little better. They asked for a room number to order eggs bacon etc. so we were under the impression you had to pay for this?? We thought it was a free continental. Additionally, the bartender working the evening of 10/8 was extremely overwhelmed and rude. We showed up at 9:30 and he snapped at us that he was supposed to be closed 45 minutes ago so if we wanted to order a drink we needed to hurry up. Everyone at the bar just kind of looked at him and then us. He had a bar full of people and it was very clear he didnt want to be there. Not a great experience, but didnt want to leave a review based off of him alone.

This is a great, boutique hotel on the edge of downtown Ketchum. Great restaurant/ bar frequented by many locals. Would certainly stay again.

Seems to be a hub for locals wanting a nice dinner, seems you need reservations as a guest each night. It’s on the edge of downtown, may be a bit far for some to walk, especially in winter.

Everyone very pleasant and worked to help us make a change to our reservation. Very well located and gave us a driving tour of the town. Good food for eating in the room with a view. Dog friendly too.

Parking can be a challenge.
