It was near mountain spouse wanted to ski and near bus stop. They accommodated us with my disability in changing room to first floor as no elevator and I have limitations with stairs due to spinal injury. It was cozy and staff kind and polite

Internet was horrid. Kept losing it and was given no cost break for the issue which was prevalent the whole stay for whole inn. When they changed my room due to disability, they failed to change my late check out with it. They took our money for the late check out, but spent morning badgering us to get out.

Very charming hotel with mountain/tyrolean theme. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We were greeted with warm cookies from the oven! The room is a nice size and has a good entryway for ski equipment/boots if you are there to ski. The included breakfast was amazing -- eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, condiments, everything you could want! Sun Valley can be expensive, this is probably the best value in town.

The bed was ok, not terrible....it's time to replace the mattresses. Ours was a little too soft in the middle.

We liked the peace and hospitality upon entering the lodge, massive flower baskets, and the large, comfortable living room decor. All the staff were exceptional and genuinely made you feel welcome there. The room was excellent (oh my, the towels - large and thick, just like home!), lovely and spotless room with every amenity. How wondrous to sit outside in the Adirondak chairs sipping an evening beverage taking in the beauty of Bald Mt. just across the meadow. We can't wait to return some day!

There was absolutely nothing that didn't make us happy.

Great breakfast! They even had real coffee cups for breakfast which I thought was a nice touch to make you feel not so rushed. They have an excellent coffee machine in lobby available 24hrs... It was delicious! Staff was so friendly And helpful. Pool was excellent! So warm! Bed and pillows were comfortable and we had a great view of the mountains. We also loved the location... Close to great food and a paved trail for us to run/walk/ and ride our bikes. We will absolutely be back!

I loved that they offered breakfast. The hot tub was perfect to go outside and relax on the cold rainy weekend with a wonderfully view of the mountain. Their lobby had a coffee machine that was good coffee. Also in the lobby they offered board games with plenty of space to play.

The only thing was our bedroom was very warm at night and the AC never was able to cool off the room.

This is a solid property, comfort but without a lot of frills. Clean, housekeeping is efficient and showed up every day. Front desk staff were friendly, albeit move at a slower pace.

We had to have the shower head replaced since it literally just dripped out. I find it hard to believe that the previous guest didn't say something, however, they fixed it quickly and it was just fine.

Great quiet location. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent and the staff maintaining the breakfast area was always checking the food for refilling and keeping tables cleaned. We loved the yogurt machine and fresh berries!

Rooms are small and the fan was right next to the bed and was blowing directly on my daughter

Breakfast was outstanding. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was in a quiet part of town. The lobby was a nice place to just chill out.

There were 'inner noises' -- the shower was extremely loud and footsteps from 3rd floor were heard with only a slight muffling effect. Both were 'minor' issues to us.

Great location. Quiet. Friendly front desk staff. And at the base of river run (and it’s parking lot) there is plenty of room for our dog to have fun.

Could use an upgrade in mattresses and pillows. Our pillows were pretty lumpy and the mattress was well worn. Also the heater had a problem in that it was an all or nothing. When on the room reached 88 degrees even thought the temperature was set to 60. I had to periodically turn the unit on and off.

Beautiful and very accommodating. The breakfast was top-notch- waffles, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, yogurts, granola, cereal, breads, lots of fruit. Coffee was a bit weak. Orange juice Hot tub was wonderful. I didn’t use the pool but it was warm

I liked it all.
