The property was super clean, professionalism was paramount with the guy at the reception he made sure we got all the information we needed for our stay

A little noisy outside but that comes with staying in the center

Hassan looked after us beautifully and did everything he could to make our stay memorable. We arrived late in the evening after a long drive from Bukoba and he quickly organised food for us, our driver and our guide. The next day he arranged an amazing white water rafting tour and washed all our clothes. We finished up with a tour of the source of the Nile on our final day and Hassan then arranged transfers to Entebbe airport and to Busea,on the Kenyan border, as our group split for the next stage of our journey. The location of the hotel is in downtown Jinja, convenient to shops and ATM. Breakfast was filling and delicious, hot food, fresh fruit, water, and hot drinks including African spiced tea..

I loved everything.

Good central location, comfortable room. Staff were lovely - I had to leave early for an emergency and Hassan (the owner) kindly arranged for a driver to take me back to entebbe the next morning and even contributed to the cost of the taxi as I was cutting my stay short. It was really lovely of him and I really appreciate all his help in what was a very stressful situation.

The area and the culture of the people was exciting and i got to earn a few things through interaction with staff and the people around the place.

I would have liked when the hotel offered me more option on the television channel that i may choose for myself other that one type of religion.

The staff are very friendly. The manager will help you out of his way.... advice you where to go, find and bargain Boda-boda for you, even doing laundry for free! Greet breakfast too!

It's just a little bit extra hundreds meters walk from the touristy center area.

Street can get noisy during the day as it is just behind the town market. But that is also a good thing about the neighborhood, depending on what you’re looking for :)

The staff are very hospitable. The prices are really good and affordable. Their location allows you to do a lot of other things around the city at a low cost.

Being located downtown, the neighborhood is not so quiet.

Rooms were of higher quality than many ugandan hotels with more stars and higher prices. Room was quiet even though the hotel is close to the centre of town. Breakfast was good.
