We stayed off season and for one night. It was absolutely perfect - quiet, fresh air, privacy, wonderful host, great value for money. It is an agroturismo property , it is charming old style and decor, very clean, all basic necessities are there. For the budget level price, it is an excellent value. There is also a pizza and stake restaurant on the property, it opens for dinner at 19:30 so it was a bit late for us and we haven’t tried it. But when we asked in town for a good meat restaurant, everyone sent us back to Sesemi :). The town center is less than 5 min walk. There is a steep and winding road down to the property. We had no problem driving down in our little Fiat 500. If you are not comfortable though, just park on the side of the road and walk down to the property ( either along the long drive way, enjoying blooms and blossoms or take steep old stone stairs to cut right down to the house)

We love the place and the rooms was very comfortable. There where extra beds that we where not able to use but it was good for a big family.

We probably had the worst weather experience as it was so cold, wet and rainy made us unprepared to the environment. The Roof window was loud and we woke up multiple times by really strong winds and heavy rains feels like the roof was about to give in. Nature does its thing that we cannot control but all good.

I loved the beautiful view and that they were so accommodating for wheelchair access.

The entrance gate was too narrow and parking was too limited.

The food is excellent and the view spectacular

Parking is down a long windy track - better to park in the village and walk down the narrow street

Beautiful location and facility. We were able to book late and still found room for 4 adults.

There were a large number of young adults staying there, all apparently traveling together, who stayed up most of the night shouting and singing. They made it very difficult to get to sleep.

The location is in a very good area , 4min by walk from the center of Mistretta. The view was amazing . We had an italian Breakfast, very good Coffee & a delicious Croissant alla krema. The rooms are standard.

Very Small Shower, No access to WIFI in the room, very Load music till 11:30pm with a speaker next to our room to entertain who was in the outer restaurant.
