Location! Location! Location! The caldera view was everything. It was lovely to wake up to that view every morning. They served breakfast on the balcony every morning with the view as the backdrop. The facilities were clean and they provided you with fresh fruit, water, soda, local wine, beer and snacks. The bed was super comfortable. It literally sucked you in. Housecleaning stopped by daily to refresh your room. The staff was lovely, very accommodating and helpful. The hotel was centrally located with lots of options for restaurants and walking distance to Fira. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

Absolutely exceptional! Couldn't find a single fault and I agree with all the positive reviews left by others. We booked this trip for our honeymoon and we were blown away even though we had high expectations. All the staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and full of variety, also getting it delivered to the balcony every morning was a real treat. The room itself was beautiful, spacious and airy with an amazing view. The pool was clean and perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. The location itself was just what we wanted - peaceful but still within walking distance to shops and restaurants. This truly is a hidden gem and I would come back here in a heartbeat. Probably the best holiday experience I have ever had.

Nothing at all, it was perfect

Fantastic, stunning location on the caldera. My sister and I had the executive room with the private hot tub. The room was 2 story and the bedroom was upstairs to provide an even more elevated view of the caldera. The door opened to let in the sea air. Breakfast was brought to our patio promptly every morning and was a nice selection of foods. Bed was VERY comfortable and bathroom(s) were large and lovely. Not a negative, but it should be noted that the hot tub was on the patio, which is on the main footpath in Firostefani. It was not secluded, but not an issue for us.

The water in the hot tub was warm, but not hot like most people expect a hot tub to be. I would estimate the water to be about 90 degress F. Nothing like the 99-101 temps that are common in a jacuzzi tub. I wish we would have had our own thermostat to control the water temp. It would have been nice to heat it up more after the sun went down.

The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed the sunset and stayed at the balcony til late peacefully and without other people passing by or looking through it. We like the space and privacy that we had. And we really appreciate all the treats like the welcome drink, fruits, bit of snack and mini bar.

Just the lack of umbrella outside. We couldn't enjoy sitting at the balcony because it was too sunny that we wished there was an umbrella to let us hang out there.

The people and the view were amazing. Having breakfast delivered to our room each morning was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. The location was convenient, and the parking lot across the road made it easy for my family and me.

The only issue we had was with the room layout. Since there were three of us, we were given a loft setup with a bed upstairs and a small cot underneath the stairs. I'm 6'0", and I kept hitting my head on the curved wall when going up or down the steps. As a result, I ended up sleeping on the small cot, which was quite firm.

The most astonishing sunset view you could expect serves as background to whatever you want to place to the middle point. You can enjoy your own sunset dinner. There is no kitchen inside, but dishes and cutlery are available and a fully filled fridge. The suite has 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor just next to the pool. There is a large public car parking place just outside this area opposite the Da Vinci Bar

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The studios were in a private zone with limited crowd passing by. The view were also great from the open courtyard. They had quite a few goodies in the room including softdrinks, some beer and some home wine! Great staff really nice and hospitable.

We were in the ground floor studios which did not have a private balcony, the balcony was on the terrace on the second floor. Common jacuzzi was right out side our room which was a little inconvenient when used by other guests!

Beautiful property with incredible views and ability to watch the sunset. The room was even better than the pictures! The cutest room which was so clean and welcoming. They had some snacks available which was nice and the breakfast was delicious! They served breakfast eight in your own patio. Staff were kind and helpful. Absolutely loved this stay and would 100% stay again.

I liked the stay, however we found other villas that were more value for money and were 4 star hotels. I think the breakfast needs to include more dairy products like cheeses and yoghurt with Granola or cereal to cater for younger guests. The three wooden stools were a hazard for young kids as they kept toppling. It was stressful to ensure an accident didn't happen. Also the little area above the stairs needs to be closed off as kids might accidentally fall over the stairs.

There was a frequent odour from the sewerage system or cooking odours from the nearby Onar restaurant. For the price, I would expect these odours would be eliminated or the nightly rate reduced to compensate for the inconvenience.

We rented this place primarily for the view and were not disappointed. Lots of restaurants very close. Breakfast is served out on the balcony with the view below. Super friendly staff, they are the owners.

Arrange to have someone meet you somewhere near the hotel as it is very hard to find. The address in Google maps puts you in a slightly different location. They need to try to put out a few more signs. Also. even though cars are super cheap to rent ($17/day) I recommend NOT renting as there is basically no parking anywhere.
