Fantastic place – in our opinion the best on the whole of Santorini! The apartment at the very top, with a private jacuzzi and breathtaking views of the caldera and magical sunsets – simply unforgettable. The staff were wonderful: George, Nicoletta, the cleaning ladies and the owners – all so kind and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious, varied, with a new delightful touch every day. George by the pool is an amazing person – always smiling and so helpful. The best place on the island – we highly recommend it, you won’t find a better one!

Brilliant location and much quiet than Oia. Villa llias really lovely and breakfast is wonderful. Staffs there is brilliant and helpful. They can book you if you request what you like to do. This is much better area cos less people and nice walking through. I find this location much better than Oia cos too crowds. Pool there is lovely and perfect view there and watch sunset is gorgeous. Fira is not far it is about 20 mins walking. You can walking from area go to Oia if you like hiking. It will take 2 hours and 45 mins. Room is perfect for us have view to see sea view and room is good size for us both. We will be back again. Bus can go to Fira and get changed bus go to Oia. It is much cheaper only €2. Or you can walking to Fira to catch bus go to Oia. You won’t regret this Villa llias cos perfect location and more quiet. Easy to walking around.

Fabulous location with amazing views. We liked that it was out of the busy areas but an easy walk to the local towns and plenty of eating places and bars close by. You feel like you get the authentic Santorini experience without the crowds. Also a big bonus that it had parking. The staff were also so friendly and helpful. They booked a sunset cruise for us which was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed all the local dishes. Our room was small but right by the amazing pool which was perfect for us. Would definitely return if we go back to Santorini and 100% recommend to others.

The location of this hotel in Firostefani is exceptional. The view from the hotel cannot be described in words, it is breathtaking and has to be seen to be believed. The staff at the hotel genuinely care about making your experience memorable and enjoyable. We loved the breakfast, a lovely selection and of great quality. Our room was a little tight on space (we are a family of 4), would have been perfect for 2 adults. However the cleanliness, view and amenities more than made up for that. We would definitely stay again if visiting Santorini in the future. Well done Villa Ilias team for creating a memorable experience and for your warm hospitality!

Thank you Nicole and all the staff for making our stay so welcoming and relaxing. You provided everything we needed from extra blankets, to books and remembering what we liked to drink in the morning at breakfast each day. Villa Ilias is perfectly located for exploring the island by foot and in a hire car. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable, with a practical drying rack for swimwear on the balcony. Plus it was a joy to sit on the balcony taking in the stunning view of the coastline and caldarer by day and night (Room 4) as well as see the walkers heading between Fira and Oia because the accommodation is on the hiking path.

The only thing to note is the steep entrance to the parking area.

What a fantastic stay for 5 nights at this property !!! Thank you very much for having us. We couldn't have asked for anything more than this. You guys are just so friendly and very helpful. We met all the Gorges , Nicole and Marina. Everyone of you is the biggest reason why this place is successful ! <3 Thank you once again for the lovely BD gift. We shall make our way back to your property again ! Please extend our best regards to the cleaners. They did such an excellent job in taking care of our room daily.

Nothing to complain about.

Loved everything! The staff was amazing & very accommodating. Checkout was at 11, but they held our luggage, let us continue using the pool, & let us use a bathroom/shower until we left for the airport later in the day. The location was nice with a wonderful view of the caldera. George gave us some great restaurant recommendations & things to do. He also helped arrange transfers to the ferry port & the airport. A homemade breakfast is included & they make something special each day. All of it was great! We would stay here again.

The view from our balcony was beautiful! We had a room on the corner and overlooked Firostefani and some of the water. It was not a complete sunset view, but very worth it for the price. The room was clean and exactly as pictured in the listing photos. The staff were so friendly and helpful! Prior to our trip I had reached out to ask a few questions about checkin and things to do in the area. They responded quick and were very informative! Upon checkin we were given a map of the island, told about different activities we could do, and given information on transportation. They were so helpful in making sure we had a great trip! The staff helped arrange a ride for us to get to the airport, which worked out so well. The breakfast was so good! They made us fresh espresso every morning and had a buffet style breakfast. Every day they had different traditional Greek foods that we loved trying. We were walking distance to so much good food and activities that we wanted to do. We did the Fira to Oia hike, which you are essentially staying on the route. I would definitely recommend Villa Ilias!

I love everything about the property. We stayed at room 'Single room facing the pool' for 3nites Sept 2024 and our stay was perfect. The pool itself is facing the sea which we got to enjoy the view and sunset. Our reservation came with breakfast and we enjoyed the breakfast everyday. I loved the different meat, eggs and coffee that were served everyday along with bread, pastries and the likes. The location is 15mins from the shopping area and bus station and lots of restaurants around the area. The view from our room were stunning. Staff were friendly and very accomodating.

We had the loveliest stay at Villa Ilias. It was so clean and cosy, with quality bed linens and towels which I always appreciate. The view from our room was simply breathtaking. We could see the town and also the sea on both sides of the island which was lovely. You can also see the sunset from the swimming pool terrace. The breakfast was really fresh and tasty and varied every day and we really enjoyed it. But the best thing about our stay was surely the owners and staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful, from our arrival to our departure. We would definitely recommend a stay here. Fantastic value!
