From the moment we checked in and met Harris on reception the whole visit was like a dream. Not only is she super friendly and helpful and knowledgeable she really goes out of her way to make your trip the most it can be. All the staff were lovely and polite and housekeeping went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The room was spacious and clean and the plunge pool was the perfect remedy for the heat. We will definitely be returning to this property as it is in a perfect location. Yes you don’t get the sunset view but to be honest that was a blessing. Cross the road and take a maximum of 20 steps and you are on the Caldera side to appreciate the sunset without a hoard of tourists walking past your room.

Cannot think of one thing I didn’t like.

We adored Splendour! The location was brilliant very near loads of restaurants/ cafes. We got a complimentary room upgrade from the hotel and coincidentally it was the morning before we got engaged! So it was faith! We absolutely loved how friendly the staff were, especially Jennifer and the guy who brings the bags to the room. Cannot fault our stay at all.

We were upgraded to junior suite and we really loved it. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, pool right in front of your room and nice view from the hotel. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast also has many different options for vegetarian and meat as well. The location is also nearby to the city centre and if you don't mind walking a bit then you can also walk to the hotel from the city centre. If you use a tour, most of the tour bus will pick you up from this hotel due to its amazing location, which was great for us.

Wonderful place, located in a quieter area than the busy Fira, but still within a walking distance to both Fira center and Imerovigli. Lovely resort, very spacious rooms, with access to a shared swimming pool (or with a private pool, depending on the room, I was lucky to receive an upgrade!). Excellent breakfast, with variety of options to pick from. And the staff - helpful, friendly, always providing best support. I had a great stay and when I'm back in Santorini, for sure I will book this place again!

This hotel is amazing! One of the best I've ever went to (and I travel a lot). 1. Perfect location - right next to the center (but not in it). There is a great view of the eastern side. 2. The hotel is super clean. The bed was super super comfortable, which is important for me as I have back issues. 3. Breakfast is very nice. 4. Staff is amazing. Nice and helpful. They just wish to see everyone happy there and helped us with everything that we needed. 5. The pool is clean and very well kept. They have a shared pool and some rooms have a private pool. 6. They gave us a room upgrade for no reason - just cause they could. We didn't even ask for it. 7. They have a 24 hour reception person available (very few places in Santorini offer that) I highly recommend this place!

Lovely hotel. Fanastic views. Beautiful room with our own pool. Very clean. Coffee machine, stocked fridge robes, slippers, safe, loads of bathroom amenities, and a bottle of wine on arrival. Excellent staff. Restaurant manager brought me gluten-free bread cereal and cakes, and they also had great selection for breakfast, including non dairy milk. Reception team are lovely with good English. They looked after me when I was injured off the premises. The porter was lovely. Melvin i think his name was.

Expensive food and drink. €12 for 2 portions of chips is crazy.

Most amazing experience. Was upgraded to a spectacular suite overlooking the ocean with a private pool and jucuzzi. The morning sunrise was the most spectacular I have ever seen!! Bottle of wine was also in the room. I felt like I was on my honeymoon. Such a lovely gift from Spendour Resort that truly made such a memorable time on Santorini. Unexpected and a gesture I shall never forget. Such nice people.

That I had only stayed nights.

Perfect location between Fira and Oia, 10 minute walk either way to get to lovely restaurants and supermarkets etc, but nice and quiet as not in the centre of either . Coming back to a wonderfully clean room by Bonna every day with wonderful towel displays really made our days. All staff at the reception, bar etc were all wonderful friendly and funny, was such a welcoming environment to stay.

Maggie was excellent, had to wait till the rooms were ready and that’s expected as were early at 11.30am and we were upgraded to a room with an an individual pool view of the sunrise, buffet breakfast starts at. 7.45 onwards.Front desk staff always helpful and arranged a box brekkie on departure. A bottle of wine and soft drinks on arrival.

Only a suggestion been a hotelier, A bottle opener will be handy for an emergency.

The hotel was loooooovely and Haris the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. She told us everything we needed to know about the island and the easiest ways to get around etc. We were upgraded to a suite with a private pool and it was SO GOOD. I was concerned to begin with as there aren’t many sunbeds around the main pool for the amount of people in the hotel but when we had our own it was perfect!! There was also another very helpful lady who told us it would be 60€ to the port but when she rung she managed to get it down to 40€ which was another nice touch (rather than just telling us that’s what the price was). We loved it so much we enquired about staying another night but with already having another hotel in Ios booked and paid for, it just wasn’t worth the extra cost :( some of my friends have already booked to stay at the end of August on my recommendation!
