The staff were exceptional. Nothing was a problem for them. The view was excellent even though it was cloudy at times. The room was perfect and the breakfast more than I could manage.

I didn't quite expect there to be as many stairs as I am not a young man but then Firostefani and Fira are clinging to a mountainside so I should have expected it.

The room is fantastic. And the view from balcony is soooo beautiful. The room is very clean and large. The breakfast is also very good.

Too many steps to reach the room if carrying quite a lot luggage. One of the shower room does not have hot water, but that's fine, as we only need one shower room. But if there is a family staying there, would be better to double check the water heater.

My room was so cozy and pretty. I plan to stay here again in the future! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and very filling. I honestly wished I stayed longer!! The room had A/C, a TV, a fridge, kettle, and other amenities. The view is AMAZING! The location is right in between Fira and Oia. It’s the perf place to stay in Santorini!

Omg the view from the room 107 is off the charts. The absolute dream come true when visiting Santorini. No need to go for sunset bars when you have it from your own balcony, even from your own bed. Highly recommend paying extra for the private balcony room with private entrance just for the view! We visited in mid October and it was nice and quiet as well. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful and receptive. Thanks for a great stay. If we’ll ever be in Santorini again, we’d happily stay here again.

The drainage system in Santorini is not great and drains can smell at times. This hotel is not an exception, but something you may be prepared.

Amazing view. Warm and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing value; very complete and right on time. The facilities in the room were better than expected. Included nice amenities. The staff provided helpful suggestions to make the most out of our short stay and arranged a (payed) transport to the airport for us which was ready on time. Friendly driver. 100% would stay here again next time.

Kinda envied some other properties with pools but didn't miss it either. It was also a tough walk from Fira with our bags under the heat so I would suggest taking the bus that one time.

The view from our balcony was fantastic but the sunset was partially blocked. It was nice to enjoy breakfast in the morning overlooking the crater, watching the boats and cruise ships in the sea. The breakfast provided was adequate and nice. Staying in a 'cave' room is quite an experience. It was rather low and I bumped my head in the bathroom a number of time.

No parking for my car and I had to search for one on the public road. It was also a long way down the stairs with luggage, which is quite challenging.

The view from the common area is simply amazing! We arrived in Santorini around 8 am and Niki was nice enough to allow us to check in early. We had the room at 10 am which was a total bonus, allowing us to catch a bit of sleep. The breakfast is also very generous, delivered straight to your room. Location is spot on, close enough to Fira and far enough to enjoy some peace for a good night's sleep!

It's something minor, but there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom the day we checked in. The smell was gone after they cleaned our room on our second day.

Lovely large balcony deck with a great view and deck chairs & very hospitable and responsive reception. HK staff did a great job in cleaning the room and the breakfast was worth paying for it

Many steps to the room from parking, which was unmanned and was available as on first come, first serve basis. Pool was not available but not needed in the cool weather at this time. 2nd room's washroom could do with a better ventilation.

The property views are amazing and exactly what you want when you visit Santorini - we stayed in the romantic sweet & hardly wanted to leave the room as the views were amazing !! - sunset, white buildings & the blue domes. The staff were so helpful and organised everything for us including transfer & called the quad bike rental for us.

Great location, great view, great breakfast, nice staffs. Free parking. Close to Fira downtown and the cliff hiking path between Fira and Oia. Thanks a lot for the birthday's present. It is a good idea to contact reception by WhatsApp.

Parking lots are quite limited in particular in the evening. Motorbikes occupy the limited parking lot. Be prepared to to go through a steep staircase if you have a heavy luggage. Steep staircases are everywhere in Santorini if you would like to have a view.
