- Great location (nearby Bus Terminal, Taxi station and easy to access KTX station by Taxi + lots of shops around the hotel) - Kind staff - Good for business travelers and also for family

Centrally located for our purpose of visiting Changwon. Close to all the stores. Within walking distance. Room was clean and staff is friendly.
Lounge area (coffee shop) closed after 5pm.

I stayed this hotel 3 years ago and i was satisfied. Nothing changed and the staff is still helpful and rooms nice and large enough. Definitly a good choice if you need to stay Changwon.

I liked the close location of the hotel to inter city bus terminal. I travelled a couple of times to Busan, the hotel is only 2 minutes walk to bus terminal. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly.
It is about 10 minutes taxi ride to Changwon CBD depening on the traffic.

The location was not bad, the area was quite and the staff friendly
The staff could speak better english. And it should not be a problem to cancel the last night if the situation requires it without being charged for the night anyway. But this is more a problem with the booking portal.
