Hotel is a 7-minute walk to the US Base, excellent location with stores and restaurants very close. Facility is kept up, very clean and great internet. Only reason I didn't give highest mark for staff was they couldn't communicate in English, but then again I can't communicate in Korean.

We visited during the Cherry Blossom Festival and I couldn’t ask for a better stay! Our room had a private pool with a terrace. Great views of the city! It was within walking distance to both the famous stream and train and we got to see a ton of cherry blossoms. There were also restaurants everywhere and a coffee shop near the entrance.

The check in and out procedures were a little confusing because of the language barrier.

The location is fantastic! it’s right in the heart of the city and close to Yeojwacheon stream, if you are visiting during cherry blossom season. you can also catch a bus outside to the other popular cherry blossom places in only 15mins. The room is spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff were so friendly and kind (they don’t really speak English but not an issue if you are just checking in, or can speak some Korean or have a translation app).

Loved everything. I will stay here again when visiting Jinhae

The location was perfect. My wife and I stayed for the annual cherry blossom festival. The hotel is close to the famous stream and is close to a lot of nice restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were all very kind and accommodating.

The staff was wonderful. I had hot water issues and he promptly came to fix it. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the town, very close to the Navy base and in walking distance from the shopping areas and very close to Jinhae Tower, my favorite hiking spot. Loved their bathrobes <3 Parking is on the first floor, which is super convenient. Since I couldn't afford the room with a tub, I stuck to the regular room but the staff offered to let me use the tub in the vacant room once during my stay, which I didn't take upon but I sure appreciated the kind offer.

That not all rooms had a bathtub. But this was a personal preference. They also kept the small towels on the rack but realized only 2 days later that they kept the normal big towel in the bathroom drawer :D

Very clean and quiet. Coffee shop Bon Bon next door was exceptional and helped with the stay.

No fitness or restaurant. Very small towels but common to the area..

The hotel staff were so friendly, ensuring check in was simple and efficient. The hotel us perfectly placed for tourists to see the cherry blossoms and enjoy the cherry blossom festival too.

The room was initially a little too warm but adjusting the thermostat and I could get comfortable

Room lights are nice, and very bright. The hotel manager is friendly and knowledgeable. They also gave us information about where to find great restaurants and tour places. Very clean and quiet rooms! Big TV screen! Exceptional service!

One of the room floor was not getting heat as fast. But it was very minor issue.

It appears to be newly furnished. We loved how big, clean and comfortable the rooms were. The design is that of minimalist, clean lines. It is situated near to the stream, walking distance and very convenient!

We did pay quite a bit extra because we were there during the cherry blossom festival!

So nice, and so close to CFA CHINHAE.
