Location Distance to A Few Restaurants and a Minature Golf Course Excellent Staff Although next to the Interstate not noisy Kitchette was a plus

Pool was open but the smell of chlorine was so great it burned our eyes, a few cosmetic issues with our room: broken kitchen faucet and loose outlets to plug in our phones (bedside lamp) Note: Housekeeping only comes every 7 days unless you need a refresh

They did not have a breakfast, that was the only disappointment. We were on the second floor, it had a little not very clean smell.

The smell of the hallways smelled kind of nasty. That was on the second floor. First floor was fine. I think the halls need a little more cleaning, or better cleaning.

Location was great. Near the freeway, but not too noisy. Near a Meijer grocery store which was convenient to use kitchenette for breakfast and other meals. Although there was a full size refrigerator, the freezer was not working.

The refrigerator freezer did not work.

I liked the pool, and using the kitchen equipment. The room was big enough for my family, including a travel crib.

I found a cockroach on the wall. After I killed it, I didn’t notice any others.

Clean, kitchenette was convenient. The snack area to purchase late night ice cream was great! Handicap accessible shower was very easy to use. Pillows were comfortable.

Missing remote, but the staff tried to fix that.

The location the beds was amazing the rooms had alot of room you could cook your own food the employees were very friendly and welcoming

The bathtub won't hold water and the shower head didn't have the power to shower

The water was down for several hours and we weren't notified. Swimming pool was closed and they do not offer free breakfast.

The room was cleaner than I anticipated, bed was comfortable. The front desk staff is always very nice and accommodating.

the big comfy beds, the pillow cases stating soft or firm..the full kitchen ..the recliner..in an area close to grocery store and many different restraunt choices. friendly staff.

no instructions on how to work the kitchen faucet or the stovetop..no tv station guide
