Our suite was good, the kitchen and accessories were as per our expectations, nice surrounding landscape

It's a suggestion that a handshower should be installed beside the toilet for cleaning purposes, as it is everywhere in Dubai

We liked the indoor pool and how spacious it was. Also the full kitchen with everything was perfect.

I didnt like that one of our bedroom doors wouldn't snap closed. And that we had to leave so early because the price was steep. Also it would've been great to have a Jacuzzi tub somewhere on the premises.

The staff and manager went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to help us with all of our needs while on the trip. I was traveling with a group of high school students and we had several different contests to prepare for during our stay - the space was very accessible for our needs.

Clean spacious rooms. Facility was also clean inside and out. Staff friendly.

3 handicap railings loose. 2 in shower and one by toilet about to come off wall. Water pressure was terrible. 1 sliding door off track. Left note with front desk with this information.

Suite was updated. Plenty of space to move around. It was like a small apartment.

Maintenance outside could be better. Needed to be salted fast due to ice. No canopy when you arrive to drive under while checking in. Bed were decent could be better. Breakfast options could be better. Toilet seemed low. Shower/bath needs anti slip, very slick.

Our window leaked and the room was smaller than I thought it would be and the pool didnt look as clean as the pictures and when we did go swimming there weren't any towels

Lovely - facilities seemed brand new. Better than a typical hotel breakfast, great value! Really enjoyed the kitchen and extra touches. Will definitely stay there again

Only downside was the extreme road noise outside but the windows kept it quiet in the hotel itself, even with a road facing room.

The breakfast was ok. I did arrive at the end of serving, so it was probably not as full or as warm as it would have been earlier. My room was comfortable and okay for me.

I wish I would have been able to get a remote for the television. The first night I wasn't there early enough to care, but went to the front desk the following morning, and could not get a remote. No tv for that day or night. Wifi was weak, so I couldn't even use my computer to watch the weather or movies.

Staff was super friendly. Room was large, clean, everything we expected and more. Breakfast was great. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had.

Bed wasn't comfortable. Only bad thing about the stay

Rooms are very large and clean with good size fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 2 burner stove, and all cooking and eating utensils. They even had a garbage disposal. This will be my new place to stay when in Lafayette.
