The clean room, bathroom ,pool area and common areas. Need was comfortable with a selection of pillows. The breakfast was good.

When I made my reservation online, I paid for breakfast. When we went down to eat we were approached by a young lady who said with the expanded breakfast you could order an omlet. I assumed that was what I paid for online. We ordered an Omlet for each of us and then got a bill for $14.00 apiece. I think your breakfast options need to be clearer online and in person we should have been told there would be an extra charge.

The lobby/ lounge area. The beds & linens were exceptional! The staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and good quality. The towels were very clean and luxurious. The pool & hot tub were clean and refreshingly comfortable.

There was a fire alarm that went off around 8:15 pm. 😳 After approx. 15 minutes outside, we got the all-clear. I asked a staff member why the alarms (super loud) went off. He explained that the smoke from the grill in the kitchen caused it. 😕 One little issue, the drain in the sink of the bathroom didn’t drain well.

The staff here are very welcoming a nice from the restaurant to the front desk. The saltwater pool/Hot tub Keep me coming back. I hope to stay here some night that I can enjoy the fire pit outside, but so far, each time I come I ran into bad weather.

I could tell the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. There was sediment or something at the bottom of the toilet. Some broken glass on the bathroom floor. And crumbs like oatmeal or something on the bathroom floor.

Large rooms, clean, good AC and close to highway exit/entrance. Ideally if your travelling between Chicago and Indianapolis for a comfy stay in a large sized hotel room.

I stayed in the 3rd floor and there is only one elevator which is super-slow. I waited almost 5 minutes to get up since many guest where using the single (!) elevator in this large-sized hotel. If you are in a hurry, stay on the ground floor.

Did not have the breakfast…….we did not want a full meal and did not want to pay the full meal price. The staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

It was a little pricey, even though other hotels of the same caliber were similar in price. It would have been nice if a continental breakfast was included…………This would have saved me from knocking my coffee off the table at McDonald’s and embarrassing myself in front of all the early morning people. OK, so I may have done the same at the hotel anyway. :-)

Location was great, good presence in lobby, comfortable beds. The staff was exceptional.

Very pricey for what we received. Coffee machine was broken and made a mess in room. My view was a wall to the building in a tight corner of the courtyard. The room cleaning could have been ramped up a bit. (A lot of dust and other peoples hair on floor) Breakfast not included in the $300/night price. One elevator for 6 floors.

The room was great, everything seemed modern and clean. The bar and restaurant were clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and a good value for the price.

The chicken Caesar salad in the restaurant was swimming in dressing. A small thing, but maybe less dressing in the future.

The location fits our needs on our trip back and forth to Wisconsin. The hotel had an excellent location. Plus driving through allowed us the perfect time to get through. We don’t like to drive anywhere for dinner after driving all day. The location provided multiple walk to restaurants. The staff absolutely nailed it.

The barn door bathroom. That is just a personal choice.

We loved everything about the property. Close to several restaurant options and stores. The pool was absolutely amazing. The best hotel pool we’ve ever used. The temperature was perfect. The bed was super comfortable as well as the bedding and pillows. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

No microwave in the room. However this isn’t a negative at all, since there is a microwave wave for guests to use at the restaurant in the lobby. So it’s a minor, “didn’t like”, but since the question is on here, that is my only answer!

Location was great, facility was clean, staff was friendly and wr LOVE the cookie they give out as a thank you. They accommodated us with a room facing the direction we asked for as we love looking at different scenery.

Our bed was super uncomfortable. I think some rooms may need new mattresses or beds altogether. It felt like it was lower at the head of the bed and we were laying at an incline. Both beds were like this.
