Comfortable mattress. Two TV's. Fridge and stove top. Good free internet connection. Large size of the room. Mostly quiet area. Near stores and restaurants. Friendly cleaning staff.

There should be 4 bath towels in the room, not just two. There should be more than one roll of tissue. There was no extra blankets or pillows for 2nd person to sleep on sleep sofa. small dish liquid should be in the kitchenette. There should be a discount for those who regularly make reservations. The breakfast used to be great.

Location, size of room, fridge and stove top, comfortable bed.

Need to Return to excellent cleanliness that they used to have. Make sure no stains on carpets, curtains or bedding. Change shower heads that have buildup on them. lower the prices a bit and/or offer free room upgrade to repeat customers sometime.

Everything was awesome. We are a family of four from Africa. Got there in winter, and the apartment was nice and warm. We had enough utensils in the kitchen to make jollof rice for our daughter who's attending college close by. I'll definitely love to stay here again someday.

Had difficulty finding a good temperature in the room. Put the air on too high...and you wake up soaked with sweat...set it low and ended up with a head cold...

All of the staff were so friendly

Our TVs wouldn’t work the last night of our stay. Also housekeeping only came 2 times out of the 5 nights we were there. We had to go to the front desk at 1:00a.m. To get toilet paper

Pillows too soft. Not enough towels or tissue. Additional blankets would be appreciated. A good discount for regular customers should be offered sometime.

Very nice and clean rooms. fireplace looked amazing and the space was perfect. We got there extra late but was still able to get our room. staff was nice as well.

The only thing I didn’t like was the noise of the AC. It would kick on every minute it seemed and the air blew right down on your face and when it kicked on it was loud. Other than that it was a very nice safe and quiet area it seemed. If you don’t mind the AC I’d suggest this hotel because the price was pretty good for what you get.

There for family wedding. Just one night stay but the room had everything we could possibly need.

No ice machine near us. I am disabled and couldn’t go far

Breakfast was fine and the coffee was good. The hotel is difficult to find as it's located in a complex of other hotels and signage was not helpful.

Better signs are needed.

Please read fully motel getting out dated bathroom tolit is very low not Ada acceptable exhaust ran dirty. Could use some clucking around the tile rug in room is old and could use a good cleaning the price of the room it could of been cleaner
