We had a handicapped room, and everything was perfect. The one thing that most other places have is a soft mattress. With my back problems, that's the worst thing to sleep on. I was expecting to spend half the night sitting up in a chair, and getting poor sleep. But, I was joyfully surprised that the beds were firm! I slept quite well, in the bed and not in a chair! Thank you so much for that! Soft mattresses may be cheaper for you to buy, but in the long run, they're the worst for your guests! I avoid places that I've been to, that have soft mattresses. Your place won't be on that list! I've also told the people that I was visiting down there, to feel comfortable in recommending your place. The only "sore" point was the room prices.

For a budget friendly hotel it was very clean and modernized! The staff was friendly and accommodating! At check in, I asked about the pool (something my kids were excited about) and the lady at the front desk put us in a room right outside the entrance to the pool! I thought this was awesome! The breakfast was good and had several options.

My only complaint with the hotel were the beds. The beds were very firm and I felt like I was sleeping on concrete. I woke up with back pain due to this. I don't attribute this negatively to the hotel as I know that the firmness of the mattress is subjective based on the person. I am used to sleeping on a very soft mattress and that is why this was a problem for me. If you like sleeping on a firm mattress, then you will like these beds.

The receptionist was really nice. I requested a room away from the elevator and was given just that the room was clean and I like the fact that it had a microwave and a mini fridge. I was really impressed with the breakfast selection. Everything was fully stocked. The eggs were delicious and the sausage. Also, I also enjoyed the coffee. I definitely will recommend the Comfort Inn to my family and friends if they’re ever in the area. I wasn’t able to take advantage of the pool due to me getting in so late and leaving out first thing in the morning. Thanks again for a great stay and blessings to all the staff and their families. If anything needed to be different, I would have to say one of my towels was clean, but had a stain in it that couldn’t be washed out. I’m sure and in that case it needs to be thrown out.

Nice big rooms, fairly clean, and reasonably priced. Lots of food options near by. Our check in was quick and easy.

The tub was extremely slippery - made it a challenge to shower. The bed was a bit hard but that's all personal preference. The snacks were 2.00 per package and drinks were 2.50 (including water).

I came here with my family and we really appreciated how easy the hotel was to locate and how close it was to other things around to eat and do. Everyone was kind, the room was clean and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed themselves and the pool. Also the courtyard by the pool was relaxing and easy to watch the kids. Everyone was highly satisfied and would definitely recommend.

There is not anything that I would say we didn't like. Sitting here there is not one thing that I can think of that would have made our stay any better.

Clean and quiet.

My daughter forgot her blanket and when I called to ask to see if they could ship it, it took 2 days and 3 phone calls and they were going to charge me $52-105 for a $30 item. I was shocked that they need to profit from shipping items. Breakfast was ok, but much to choose from.

They were so accommodating with our special requests and the staff was so nice. The rooms were amazing and they also have a good breakfast.

There was nothing we didn't like and we will be staying with them again when we go back down in the spring.

The bed was comfortable. The facility made be old, but it was clean. Breakfast was standard yet satisfying. Hotel is in a great location; close to all conveniences. Staff was pleasant; esp. the lady who prepared breakfast.

I have no complaints.

It was in an excellent location off the Interstate. Easy to get to our families we were visiting, within walking distance of Steak & Shake, DQ, and other places to eat, a grocery store and a reasonable gas station. Very clean inside and out, the indoor pool was a plus, but the workout room was small. We utilized the laundry room. The staff (each shift) was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it for other family members and friends to stay when they are in the neighborhood.

The only thing I didn't like was the workout room.

As it was right next to I-65 it was kinda noisy Was supposed to have the room serviced in day 3 of our 5 day stay. Was never serviced
