The facility was clean and well kept

The front desk receptionist made it feel very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed here before and they were friendly. I arrive and wait there for about 2 mins before she acknowledges me. She saw me and puts her hands over her face and yawning (sighs) like thanks for the warm welcome. If you don’t like your job then look somewhere else.

Good location

Too many super long hair strands all over the bathroom towels & toilet! Hotel needs do not disturb signs fr that cleaning service will actually follow. we stayed 2 nites & on the first morning cleaning staff were trying to come in without bothering to knock we hear the loud noise several times throughout the morning from of secure lock as they try to open door which is very Annoying not being able to sleep in trying to enjoy a good stay & it’s not our first stay so I can honestly tell u that they have disturb in our previous stays

The location was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room had cold AC. It didn’t have any smells or odors. Receptionist was very attentive and nice. We would stay here again.

Some of the staff only spoke Spanish. There was only one luggage rack so when we were checking out, we had to make multiple trips to the car from the 3rd floor. The room was a bit tight but not terrible.

Great location & very clean!

Showers need to be replaced cause the repairs that have been down on all the floor cracks look & feel horrible while showering. Please make improvements on that & also bring extra pillow to beds like it had before

The location is unbeatable. Good price. Ample free parking.

The staff COULD be nicer. Especially the front desk. They do things fast and courteous but mildly "robotic" and "by the numbers". A smile here and there could work wonders

A newer Motel 6 which made it a nice place. Stayed here instead of other cheaper options, including other Motel 6, because of location and safety.

No breakfast option and the afternoon staff was not that friendly.

Clean , new and modern place. All the necessary facilities are there.

Front desk service is average. No shuttle to airport service and this is an airport property. You could offer $ shuttle. Vs having to call an uber or cab.

I didn’t receive breakfast, was unaware that breakfast was given away. Tv was perfect, I could use the apps and watch whatever I wanted.

Hot water on second floor was barely hot. Not enough toiletries.

Close to bank, gas station/convenience store/food and Baseball park!

No breakfast included. No grocery store close/around.

The property was clean, the room i stayed at was very comfortable and it felt pretty nice for the price. recommend this Laredo location to anybody that is planning to stay for a night. The area was also safe.

The only negative is that the building is a bit smelly thats it.
