Good changes from the last stay at this hotel, that was during their renovation and there were many issues. They did give us a refund for the partial stay at that time. The remodel made some good improvements beyond a cosmetic change. Outlets very modern and plentiful, a/c-heat much improved.

I consider it part of the cost but itemizing parking at $10.00 seems bush league. It's not secure parking, not indoor parking, so nothing beyond what one would expect for a hotel stay outside a major down town area. Drop the item charge and raise the room rate by 10.00. Review for Hampton Inn Laredo My stay at the Hampton Inn was great overall, but the breakfast experience could use improvement. The food was served cool, and the no-egg sausage was disappointing. While the boiled eggs and coffee were good, there were no hot sauce options or creamer available, which would have been nice. Unfortunately, the oatmeal was not appealing, so I didn’t eat it. Everything else about the stay was excellent, but I hope the breakfast options improve in the future!

It was a in a nice location and near everywhere I wanted to go (within 10 minutes) The night staff were amazing and very accommodating

Not much to complain about. There's no vending machines on any floor so if you get in late and places are closed your going to have to go to a gas station

Everything was super clean. Staff very friendly.

Only problem was that we had to pay $10 to park in the parking lot of the hotel??? Never have had to do that before when renting a room.

The staff were incredible and we are staying there again next month.

The 3 days I was there 1 out of 2 elevator was operating properly, but that 1 elevator had broken tile on the floor right on the entrance, and that to me was a hazard, it was broken, I think Hampton is more responsible than to leave tiles broken on a 1 operating elevator service…anybody could have gotten cut or injured and then had a big law suit on their hands….
