The price and the cleanliness. The room was very comfortable and the amenities in the room were like in more expensive hotels.
The sign out front is down. At first impression a person would wonder what kind of hotel he had booked. Also the restaurant up front is empty. But then when you enter the room you're very glad for booking it.

Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was good not a lot of choices but it was good
Well I had requested the first floor since I booked and got the second floor. Also the back door to the dining room was closed so we had to walk all the way around to go get breakfast.

Everything is great in room
Just the knocking of house keeper and yelling at 10:30 in morning,and opening door each time even after u wake up ... That is only thing I do not like ,and I've stayed a couple of times and it's been same... Like YELLING SUPER LOUD AND BANGING IS not necessary really....

It's an older hotel but has been renovated. It's an excellent value. My room was right off a major road, and noise wasn't an issue. It was quiet, and I'm a light sleeper. I will stay here again.

The location and price.
The shower curtain needs to be changed or washed regularly. The tub water didn’t drain well.

When I wanted to stay a second night the rate was not extended.
