Very kind staff. Nice and a bit old hotel, close to the beach. Big swimming pool, clean. Dinner was fair, the menu. The breakfast was good, enough Parking is safe. To go to the city, you need a transfer (car or taxi).

The hotel is very well situated next to a public beach. The hotel staff was super nice, they were very helpful with any problem/request we had. There is option to have a lunch or dinner at the hotel which is very helpful as there are no other restaurants next to the hotel. The best option is to go for a lunch or dinner to nearby town Calasetta by your own car or by a shuttle bus. There are also two beach bars open throughout the day at the public beach.

We expected little more options for breakfast. There were more options for sweet breakfast, but not many options to pick from like cheese or ham. I think there is still little room for improvement in my opinion, apart from that all the food was good.

We had a nice room overlooking the pool. There are only 2 rooms with this view in the hotel. Room 49 and 50. We did not eat at the hotel so no idea how the food is. Pool was clean, and protected from the wind. It was very windy during our stay.

It was very dark in the hallways since most of the lights were turned off. To use the AC we had to ask the manager/owner to activate it on his side. He seemed rather annoyed to have to turn it on for us. He left it on for a couple of hours then turned it off around midnight. Not sure what the point is in having AC in the room if you are not allowed to use it.

Breakfast and dinners good. Nice building. Good pool.

The location was fabulous! It was a short walk to the beach where they had umbrellas and chairs reserved for hotel guests and the pool was literally at the bottom of the stairs. The view is gorgeous and the staff was extremely accommodating.

The only slight downside was that the air conditioning really didn’t keep up. However they let us borrow a fan which helped significantly!

I had the best room in the house (no. 50) with perfect view over the pool, bay and to the sunset - thank you! I truly enjoyed that. The pool was fantastic, nice and big. Loved my stay here.

Building needs a complete renovation. The facilities are great and the staff does its best, but after the years, maintaining only might not be sufficient anymore.
