First up, it was the security guard on duty, who had a pleasant disposition and extremely helpful attitude-- sadly I failed to get the name of the security guard, who was on duty on Feb 8 evening/night& Feb 9 evening/ night --( providing the specifics since the mgmt will be able to identify the well-mannered, courteous staffer and appreciate his conduct formally)-- that made our stay. Also, the rest of the staffers were a class apart. So, were the facilities which were phenomenal. Tk you, indeed.

The access to the foyer( lobby/reception area) from basement parking area requires the help of a hotel staffer and that's a bit of a mood spoiler.

I had a wonderful experience at Ginger Kochi, and I’d especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by Ramya at the reception. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional throughout my stay. Ramya made the check-in process smooth and efficient, and she was always ready to assist with a smile—whether it was giving local recommendations or handling any requests with patience and care. The hotel staffs are gems. Rithikesh, Akhil, Merlin,Devashis, Ramya, Nikin and Jibin. They are very polite and ever helpful. We are a party of 28 adults and they managed to handle us very efficiently and professionally. Hats off to your team. Hope to see you all again. Good facilities , clean rooms, and friendly staffs. The cleaning team, security team were ever present to ensure our stay is wonderful . thank you

The staff, especially the reception staff and the dining staff, was really friendly, helpful and always happy. We were under the weather, and the front desk staff helped us find a doctor and the dining staff prepared special coffee for us. Excellent people work here!!

The housekeeping staff didn't speak Malayalam or English which made it tough to communicate with them.

The hotel was quite satisfactory. We had a pleasant experience, and everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff was highly skilled and professional. 😀👍 I regret that I cannot recall the names of the individuals who were present during our visit, but I extend my best wishes to all of them. There were limited food options available at the morning buffet. During our stay, there was no buffet option available for lunch or dinner.

Our stay served as a stopover before our flight to Kochi. The service exceeded expectations, with exceptional assistance from security, receptionists, and helpers who warmly accommodated us, even during late-night arrivals, always offering assistance with a friendly smile. The rooms offered ample space, featuring a cozy bed, contemporary shower facilities, and sufficient room for mobility. They were impeccably clean, fulfilling all our requirements We recommended the accommodation to our parents, who also expressed great satisfaction with their stay.

Nothing in particular. Just be aware that the hotel is situated on a highway/busy road and not meant for a relaxing holiday! It's conveniently located to get things done - the lulu mall is close by :)

I had a great stay at Ginger Kochi, Kalamassery! This hotel offers excellent value for money in the heart of Kochi. The rooms were super clean, cozy, and comfortable, making it a very relaxing stay. The mini breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise, featuring a variety of delicious local dishes. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kochi!

Great newish hotel perfectly positioned close to a metro station. We just booked a day use to do some last minute shopping, have a rest and a shower before catching our late night flight to Singapore. It was the perfect choice. Though we would have been more than happy to have stayed there for a couple of days!

The friendly nice staff from the frontdesk (especially Sachu, Akhil & Hari), to restaurant team, & housekeepers. Rooms are well designed, well-lit & have plenty of space serving its purposes. I like working out early morning in gym that is located on 7th floor with an amazing skyline view of Kochi. Similarly, the rooftop swimming pool is just another way to swimm then relaxing by laying down on poolside for a tanning seasion under the sun. I’d strongly recommend this hotel with all excellent services for visitors of Kochi.

The location of the hotel was great, right next to a skytrain station. Our room was very clean. The staff at the reception, the wait staff at the restaurant, the housekeeping staff.... all of them were super nice and very helpful. The breakfast was also yummy. We had dinner one of the nights and the food was great.

Could have used a little bit more variety with the breakfast. But it was not a big issue and we do understand that it being a small place cannot provide that much of an extensive range.
