This was an amazing hotel especially for the price. The shower (while still small) was bigger than at my expensive hotel in Tokyo, the bed was way more comfortable, the room was bigger, the provided frozen meals were very convenient, the staff were helpful, a lot exceeded my expectations given the price. Highly recommend.

The location is a bit annoying to get to Miyazaki City from. Annoying in that it takes a full hour by bus, the bus itself is quite simple and even if you catch the wrong one it's easy enough to catch another from where you end up (trust me I had to do it), but the distance is far enough and the buses stop early enough that getting in and out of town is annoying.

Well maintained. Fuss free check in & check out process. There's a hand drawn map pointing out the nearby food and shopping options at the front office. Very helpful. Sound proofing and heat insulation of the room is good. Love the mattress & pillows, not too hard or soft. My family enjoyed our stay here.

Would prefer if there's more variety of light meal option, eg. sandwiches, onigiri, etc.

Interesting concept, the room is a (well equipped) container. Both room and bathroom are of similar size as many hotels. All amenities are available at the reception, and we were offered a choice of ready to eat food at check in. Welcoming and helpful staff. Free car park in front of the rooms. A good choice for a one-night-stop on the way.

The hotel acknowledged our request for being far away from the road, but still gave us a room close to it. Traffic was noisy at night.

Each unit is self contained with bathroom, microwave and refrigerator. There are convenience store and some restaurants a few meters away so it’s quite convenient. They gave me a light meal that’s almost enough for dinner.

It may not be convenient to walk to the office if it rains.

Clean. Comfortable. Cosy. Has the basic needs for one night. A surprise included a microwaveable packed meal. Carpark included too!

New, very clean. The room was fine and comfortable. There are not many other hotel options in Saito.

It’s a small space, I wouldn’t want to spend too much time in the room.
