All the staff at the front desk were polite, attentive and very understanding. We decided to stay in Miyazaki an extra day and there was no issue booking another night. We stayed in the hotel the same weekend as a large function took place with young people but everything was well organized and no issues arose other than waiting a little longer than expected for the elevator but even the young local people in the elevators were very polite and kind so no complaints. The room itself was much larger than what we are accustomed to seeing here in Japan with large windows. I was very pleased. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a quiet, safe, no frills, good value for the money, stay.

The only complaint I have was that the room was a tad bit dusty on the headboards when we arrived. I think this may have been due to the room not being used in a bit and just needing a little freshening up as it wasn't dirty in any way.

Good location, close to the train station and not far from the central shopping area. A basic, clean room that suited our needs for a couple of nights. We didn’t select breakfast but be aware that towards the centre of town, we found nothing open early. Probably towards the station would be a better bet for breakfast.

I don’t speak Japanese and I am happy to use a translator if necessary. One lady who eventually came to assist at check in had very good English but she looked very put out that she had to speak English to us. There was no parking available at the hotel when we checked in. We were shown alternative parking along the street but it is more expensive than the hotel car park, even though we were told otherwise. It wasn’t a problem but I’d rather they had been up front about the cost. If you arrive by car and the light is blue by their underground garage, it means a space is available. Just go straight down and advise them of your registration plate. It’s pretty tight so if you are driving a large vehicle, I’d suggest finding alternative parking

Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Great to have laundry on site and good selection for breakfast which was included in price.

The bathroom floor looked like it could use better cleaning but did not feel dirty.

We had a nice stay here for one night. The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was great with a lot of options. There is a garage at the hotel, but it was full when we arrived so we parked a few blocks over.

I would recommend people to get a bigger room if you need space, as it was very small. We had just enough space to have a suitcase there, but it was tight. Other than that very satisfied!

New and clean with all the amenities required even facial wash and facial cream. Best part was that it was spacious unlike most hotels in Japan. Although underground parking was limited, we never had trouble with parking lots for our 2 cars despite coming back after 9pm. Staff were friendly and helpful although not very fluent in English. Google translate works :)

If Taqbin service were provided, it would have been great!

The hotel staff were friendly and spoke English. The room was small but nice. It was clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was extremely tasty. The hotel's location is great. We arrived by car and parked it in the hotel's parking garage.

Our 2nd stay , location , soft beds , great breakfast, what I didn’t like was hot water not hot enough for my needs , staff English communication difficult . But I’m not grizzly, value for money makes the Art hotel a great choice.

We booked 2 rooms for our family of 5. and they managed to put us on the same level next to each other. The rooms were modern and clean. We were close enough to the train station and eateries

Wished there was inter-connceting rooms and also towel racks to hang wet towels

Very close to the train station and accessible to the shops and malls around the station. Staff were very friendly and willing to serve, although they had a very limited ability to speak in English. Rooms had the expected amenities and coin operated laundry facilities are available on the ground floor.

Bed mattress and pillows were hard for me but I suspect this may be what their normal clientele prefer.
