The breakfast was very good. Had plenty of options. The location of the hotel is just right. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and it was close to the event we were attending. I really like the parking option. Great value! The shower was awesome! Thank you for having bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I did not want to bring to much stuff for one night! Lastly, we loved that we could do a late check out. We were able to change clothes after our morning event prior to checking out. That was a huge benefit! Thank you.

I would have liked to of seen more options for channels on the tv. I would have liked to watch the Hanshin Tigers on tv. Larger pillows or extra pillows.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. I wanted to communicate in my broken Japanese and they were very patient with me (though, they could speak English just fine). The room size is reasonable. Everything appears clean. LOVE the Japanese bathroom where you can actually sit down and shower. The hotel is located next to Miyazaki station. If you drive, the hotel’s parking lot is behind the building and cost ¥1000 to park 24 hours (12PM - 12PM). If you need a quick run to your room or to check-in, the parking in front of the hotel is free for 20 minutes.

Nothing, really. My wife and I are usually a bit picky, but we were so happy with the place.

It’s in a brilliant location, and all the staff were extremely kind and helpful to us. The room is a very good size by Japanese hotel standards and the free amenities were really nice! The air conditioning works well and the bed was comfy. The shower room was also great and the free shampoo/conditioner were really nice. We liked it so much (and Miyazaki) that we even extended our stay! :)

Nothing, it was great! Only it would have been nice to have an extra pillow provided (but actually we probably could have got one if we asked!)

Very nice hotel. Great location, just next to the JR station and Lawson downstairs. Staff were very nice. Check-in was smooth. Bathroom was surprisingly spacious with separate bathtub, shower area and toilet sections. There were a vending machine, ice machine, microwave and coin washer & dryer on our floor which was very convenient. Would love to come back!

Like most hotels in Japan, room could be a bit larger but it’s still way better than some other chain hotels which has a room size of only around 110 square feet. You can’t even open two larger suitcases on the floor.

The hotel is right next to the station and with the covered walkway, it made it easy to walk despite the weather. I really appreciated the separate bathroom so I could have my little private bath like while I am in an onsen. I was very thankful to the young lady at the breakfast buffet. She noticed that I was struggling to scoop the soup (I hurt my hand and was wearing a sling) and she quickly came to help me scoop. She also offered to get some of the food items for me. Service like absolutely made my day and I was so glad I chose this hotel. The room was clean and I had a great view of the city too!

The hotel is centrally located and fulfills all the requirements you can have for a hotel. The staff are friendly and professional, the rooms are a good size, clean and well equipped and the service leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, it is still possible to cancel relatively late, which could be interesting for business travelers.

In terms of price, the hotel is of course on the slightly more expensive side by Japanese standards.

The hotel is right next to Miyazaki station so very convenient. We stayed in a double room on the 14th floor and the bathroom was fantastic because the toilet and bathroom were separated by a wall unlike most business hotels. The bathroom was also larger than usual which made it extra comfortable to use. I can recommend the buffet breakfast. Lots of options and delicious local dishes. There was even mango fruit juice.

Next to the train station in Miyazaki and a short walk (10 mins) to the city center with a lot of restaurants and shops. This hotel is a good place to stay, if you have plans to do travels by train. Due to a lot of travellers, in the mornig it can be a bit noisy on the floor, but its only a small issue. Since it was rainig, it was nice to have a covered arcade between the train station and the hotel 👍. I would stay here again 😄.

Loved the layout of the bathroom - with a door separating bath/shower and toilet. We have seen many permutation of layout in other hotels this trip. This one beats them all. The room was very clean and well maintained.

The double bed is placed next to the wall. I find it inconvenience to get in/out of the bed sleeping next to the wall. Other than this minor issue, the room is very comfortable and spacious.

1. The room was quite spacious, considering that we asked to prepare 3 full-sized beds in the room. 2. I loved that the bus we took from Hakata Station dropped us off directly to the hotel. 3. The hotel is conveniently located - just walking distance from AMU Plaza where there are so many shops and restaurants to go to. There's Beard Papa, McDonalds, a convenience store just downstairs, a supermarket, the bus/train ticketing office, taxi stands. 4. Just a few meters away is the terminal where a shuttle bus will take you to Aeon Mall every 20-30 minutes. So great! 5. The hotel also has a room on each floor which contains a vending machine of drinks and snacks, a microwave oven, a convection oven, and a clothes washer and dryer! I also liked that the tap water is potable. We did not need to buy drinking water. 6. The hotel staff were very accommodating. We checked out at 11 am, but we could not leave until 2 pm. So, they allowed us to keep our luggages (7 pieces!) in a room behind the front desk! I highly recommend this hotel. In fact, I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

I didn't like that we stayed for only 2 nights. I wish we could have stayed longer!
