Overall we have a very pleasant experience in the hotel. All the staffs l met are very friendly and helpful. Especially appreciate the front desk staff in the morning who knew that we are foreigners and came to communicate with the parking staff. I would also like to show my appreciation to the staffs responsible for the parking. Very helpful and friendly! The parking next to the hotel is great and all the facilities are in very good function! Appreciate!

Just a matter of our feeling, the hotel feels a bit old. But overall function very well.

Green Rich in Miyazaki has become our home away from home. It has all the facilities we need and is located centrally within walking distance from the station. The staff is superfriendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, which says something in a country with superb food culture. For our next stay in Miyazaki, we don't need to search, just hope that a room is available.

Facilities Location Cleanliness

The breakfast was average. The food was all cold and could have had some more western foods. Maybe some more pastries or bread to toast. Also only had a little pineapple and mandarin More fruit needed. Maybe some of the foods there needed to be hot. Cold spring rolls aren’t good.

Check in was very smooth. Front staff was very friendly and helpful. Explained everything we should know. Besides, amenities such as coffee, sugar, tooth brush etc are close to check in. Before going to the room it's good to pick up what's necessary. Anyway, the staff will kindly show you these as well. By the way, convenient store is just on ground floor. Very convenient 🙂

Great location. Very clean and tidy. Friendly enough staff. Good facilities.

I asked if someone could change the sheets in my room, in the next 2 or so days. I was just handed sheets, with the expectation to do it myself. Maybe English was an issue? Maybe because I wake up at 11am, and house keeping finishes at 10?

Location is very central to restaurants and nightlife. Simple and good amenities. Spa was OK. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of foods. Convenient store downstairs Airport bus next to hotel , big bonus. Friendly staff.

Conveniently located in the heart of Miyazaki. Parking nearby if you are traveling by car. The staff is helpful and the room is spacious. A convenience store in the base floor.

Really nice staff, very helpful despite language problems, quiet room, very central location

TV could have a Chromecast, coin laundry is a bit dated and quite pricy compared to other hotel chains. Bath is very shallow.

I would like to suggest a guide written in English on a piece of paper on how we should park our car. But I still have to thank the uncle for explaining it to us so patiently. Unfortunately, we can’t understand Japanese.

Right in the shopping center and night life area. The staff is nice, comfortable bed. The hotel looks renovated.

The private parking is convenient but it costs an extra fee of ¥1,500 per night/day. Also the coin laundry is a bit expensive for being an hotel service.
