The large room, large unit bathroom, comfortable bed.

The hotel has not properly developed its unstaffed software-driven front desk. Although ideal and efficient in theory, the screen interface is not user friendly. It will ask you to "scan your passport" but it won't tell you how. The active fields of the screen are not highlighted, so you may not know where to touch to enter required text. A training video would help On the second night, the system locked me out of my room, so I had to get a new 4-digit key. Despite the flash new automated front desk, the room itself was built back in the 1990s. The TV only offered four channels.

- the room size is huge, specifically for Japanese standards; - the location is good. Around 25min walking from Miyazaki train station and close to many restaurants and places to eat; - there are 2 convenience stores 1 block from the hotel; - the room was very silent

- they have many rooms but only 3 washing machines. So, to get your clothes washed was a matter of lucky. They could have installed more machines; - the carpet and sofa in my bedroom seemed to be very dirty, with many spots; - although forbidden, my room was smelling cigarette when I arrived on the first day and also on the third day.

I liked the self-checkin/checkout process. The mango treats were such a bonus and the kids were delighted! Very spacious room easily and comfortably accommodated our family of 6 and everything was very clean.

The beds and pillows were too firm for our liking. The room was still cold with the wall unit turned all the way up but luckily there was a space heater that we turned on in addition to the wall unit and that got the place nice and toasty.

As introvert this is the best hotel. No human check in and check out, just read instruction and follow through, amenity based on demand self service. Free MANGO drink and MANGO ice cream. I can only say I want to stay longer ! my room is perfect! I love it I love it I love it.

the only funny thing is: they offer an electronic stove, but there is no pots and pans or utensils to cook. Kind of bummer.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Spacious room. Various amenities were provided and even free welcome mango dessert and drink. Would stay again.

Nothing but it’s better to include the cleaning fee in the price because it’s a bit misleading when you book it for the first time

The apartment has everything you need , washer , dryer, stove top, microwave, bathtub. They provide two pillows for each bed. It has a fabulous view of the river and sunset . It even have a gym. Not to mention all the mango desserts.

The dryer actually doesn't work.

The place was super clean, beds were soft and tidy. In the lobby you can get free bathroom supplies if you forgot! The staff was also very helpful and kind.

The room is extremely spacious and has good facilities. The ofuro is surprisingly quite big, beyond my expectations.

The light in the room is pretty low. I request to the owner to illuminate the rooms with stronger lights, then the property will be unbeatable!

I was alone in two rooms for 4 people for basically hostel price, lot of amenities included.

internet didnt work at all, but whatever I have data. if you wash curtains in the bathroom on 90C those mold looking stains will be gone. wasnt able to find how to turn on the ceiling fan.

Cannot beat the price. once you figure out the system it works I had to leave unexpectedly and they worked with me. I hope to go back
